1 ★ I used to love LastPass but the app has a terrible bug now. It will make you verify a login from a new IP address with an email however the email often will not be sent for HOURS. It does this even if you have 2FA enabled. This is an unacceptable bug for such an important app. I can't log into the accounts I need for work waiting for the email to arrive. I can't recommend LastPass for such an important function when it's unreliable like this. Don't buy.

1 ★ Keeps getting worse and worse. The LastPass service is excellent and works great on Windows and iOS but is terrible on Android. If you actually figure out how to get the persistent notification, it will ask for your fingerprint, but won't work. You have to open the actual app, login with your fingerprints and then use the notification dot to get it to (maybe) autofill your browser. Why does the fingerprint work in one place and not the other??? It's ridiculous.

1 ★ Terrible. After 5+ years as a paying customer, it looks like they've started - as of Jun 2021 - doing device, email, and IP validations, and at the same time disabling LastPass access proactively until this is completed. Then, the validations - which must be done on every device where LastPass is installed - do not understand the concept of multiple IPs and devices. Very hamhanded, useless and stupid implementation. Does not improve security at all, but it will disable access to your account.

2 ★ Fingerprint doesn't work properly, sometimes yes sometimes no. Frustrating. According to settings one can use fingerprint if main password lost. But if fingerprint not working properly you're 'up the creek' to coin a phrase. Not worth buying premium with such fundamental and key functions faulty. Also needlessly sends you to your Android Settings to make a setting which bizarrely has already been made. Shame 'cos it works but not all of the time. I'll wait patiently for improvements.

1 ★ This app was fantastic until about a month ago when I went Premium. Works fine on Android but is awful on my computer. I have been talking with tech - the last time it took 2 weeks for a response. First I was told to download from LogMeIn now to download from Google. I have had the Google down load for a week. I went from having to cut and paste my passwords to having to respond to an email every time to say my computer is a trusted device. Every time I say it is trusted yet it never shows up among trusted devices on LastPass. These are the steps in using LastPass: 1 log in 2 be rejected and referred to email 3 pull up email and affirm that yes it was me trying to log in. 4 go back and log in to LastPass again 5 copy .password 6 go to my target site 7 paste password when I am at last logged in.

1 ★ using lastpass with my phone is very frustrating. it just can't fill in most of the forms and I am obliged to go to the app itself. it's biometric check is very sloppy and then I have to wait tons of time to get to the search, and then MAYBE it won't lag and I can continue finding that copy password button it's just terrible and I am very sad about this, because using it with iPad and windows is really well done. except web UI, feels clunky and outdated

2 ★ For the love of god please fix the fingerprint scanning. It's literally the only app that has problems with my under screen fingerprint on my OnePlus 8pro. It logs me out everytime and the password filling option in apps is a nightmare. The Chrome plugin is literally the only thing that works normally. I would call it a waste of money if you plan to use it on Android. (If you are only going to use this on the web and iPhone it's a reasonable option) bitwarden got my vote

4 ★ Concept is A+, execution on android perhaps an A-. There're times you want it that it doesn't pop up, times you don't that it does, and it often thinks it's missing a permission setting. HOWEVER, the overall usefulness of this app FAR outweighs inconveniences! The setting to keep a permanant "tap to fill" notification dot makes other flaws only annoying vs frustrating. And it's loads better than memory or paper lists for having secure passwords always at your fingertips! (free version, 4+ yrs)

2 ★ This app was great! It filled in all my passwords and usernames when I opened an app or my browser but now it barely does that 25% of the time :/ It also used to ask me if I wanted to save new passwords whenever it saw a website or an app that I hadn't used before, but now I have to do it manually. I want to make it clear I'm not complaining that I have to put it in, it's that thus program is not working as it used to or what it was designed for, a damn shame... If fixed, I'll rate 5 stars!

1 ★ I've changed my review from five to one because of the greed this company has just shown. If you want to use the phone version on your PC. Use BlueStacks. If you want to use the PC version on your phone, open it in the Web browser. Or just run two accounts. One for mobile, one for PC. It is a stupid change that doesn't prevent any functionality. There are plenty of other options out there. I recommend you use one of them instead.

1 ★ Absolute trash, avoid at all costs. This used to be free, now if you want even the most basic functionality like having access to your passwords, better pony up. Oh, you had biometrics set up? We're gonna kick you out of your account and disable those. They think they know what your needs are, and if you disagree, they don't care. You're better off with bad passwords and no manager than with LastPass.

1 ★ Garbage Customer Service. I had problems last year with marking my account premium had to CHASE customer service down for to fix the account. Same thing this year! Renewed and here I am chasing down customer service to get premium added to my darn account. Why sell a service/product if your company is unable to give customers what the paid to access??!!?!??!!!

1 ★ My galaxy note 20 ultra tracks battery usage over the last 7 days. Lastpass usually consumes up to 1.6% battery for the day. Starting June 06, 2021 it jumped to 43.2% and the following day up to 99.1%. Somehow lastpass is running in the background continuously and had ran for 12h 11m on the day it consumed 99.1%. I have today put lastpass on do not run in background which I never had to do in the first place. Ill update this review if it works.

1 ★ Nice UI no doubt. Developers tended to become greedy with their "Big Update". Apart from that, initial passwords inputted from web browsers DON'T save. They become purely asterisks with only the last character viewable. I had to manually type my passwords as a Note and edit it again. 5 stars to 1 Stars. Using BitWarden now. Thank you and bye bye LastPass.

1 ★ This used to work beautifully. Lately, the App does not work.. it just tells me 'invalid password' and then loads forever (I can change account settings and it's the same password I use for the computer version?). The computer version still works fine, but I pay $40/year so I can use it on my phone and tablet, too, and right now I'm paying for nothing.
