2 ★ Last minute app.. It's so tiresome and not that good. Their is a reason you called it last minute cause it just cancels trips at last minute of departure
1 ★ I've just installed the app after a while. It won't load (on the first launch) at all. It gets stuck on the loading screen. I only ever have it installed when I am travelling.
1 ★ I booked a flight with Wizz airlines with these guys and my flight was canceled. Wizz sent me an email for canceling the flight and a refund notice. But when I got back to these guys they denied it. It's a scam company. stay away they are a SCAM.
5 ★ booked with this company many many times and never had any problems with them! Even during covid, my holidays were cancelled but I was reimbursed in a timely manner!
1 ★ This company is a scam I have been trying to get a refund from them almost 2 years but you can't even get to speak to an agent. Disgusting rip off Thank you for the feedback however the application said the ticket was refunded however I never received the funds. I would like to speak to someone to resolve this issue
1 ★ Terrible. It's just the mobile web page embedded in. It doesn't even filter properly. I changed dates and they stayed the same. On the browser it's the same.
1 ★ THIS IS A SCAM!!!! please do not use these people. If anything happens, you will not get your money back. They mess you around and use school boy tactics to steal your money. Don't bother paying for insurance as it won't make one bit of difference. £200 stolen and not getting it back. AVOID!!!!!!
1 ★ This is the slowest most frustrating app I have ever used. I can only assume the idea is to induce rage in the user so they feel like they need a holiday to get over using it. Everytime you try to filter your results it updates the entire search results every filter you set so you have to wait for it to do that. A better, more convenient system would be to let you select all your filters and THEN run a new search.
1 ★ The company mails keep saying you can fully manage your booking through the app, but you actually can't change or cancel anything and there are no sections where you can directly contact customer service, it simply gives an email, no real benefit or difference from the website. BTW, I paid for the full flex insurance, which stated you could write them but it was useless, they took a long time to reply only to say that I had to call the airlines myself to manage the booking and didn't even mention anything about the voucher stated in the insurance. Not happy with the app neither their service.
1 ★ Terrible and glitchy app, really difficult to navigate through. Between the app and LM's (lack of)service this was a pretty bad experience overall. Especially watch out for the 'refund by travel voucher' option if you have to make a change or cancel a booking. It might seem nice to support the travel industry at this time however this is made far too easy to select in the app and if LM send you multiple vouchers for one refund (they sent me two vouchers for one booking / payment I'd made) you will be unable to use both of them on your next booking. I've emailed multiple times via the app and had no reply. I've now booked again, spoke to LM in good faith, only to be told that I am definitely limited to using one voucher at a time, so I am now out of pocket.
1 ★ The app is useful to see your bookings. But for anything else is more than useless. It's a waste of time. Trying to get help of contact last minute, the links just circle each other. There is a help option link that loads the same page that you clicked from! If anyone figures out the secret algorithm to contact last minute please let me know. All the calls I've made the system hungs up on me whatever the options I press...
1 ★ DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP TO HAVE YOUR FLIGHT TICKETS!! It says "Has your connection packed it's bags?".. and I'm unable to get my ticket for my flight!! (App is updated!!!) Previously: Unable to store the boarding pass offline. If your internet dies while trying to board, this app will leave you hanging. You can share the boarding pass as PDF, with the right apps you can even store it on the phone to have it as backup, but the app should be able to store it itself for the case when you need it.
1 ★ Used this for the first time and very disappointed and frustrated. Firstly they put an insurance charge on my booking of £75 at literally the last second as I hit the confirm to pay button. Had a make a phone call to fix this, which they did but a waste of time and shocked at the way it was added to begin with. I made a booking for 6 people including 2 children with 2 different airlines. The invoice doesn't give a breakdown so I've to phone the other 2 airlines now to sort the bill. Wonderful
1 ★ It's hard to navigate on android phones. You press back after viewing, and it takes you back to the start. You can't select number of rooms on the first screen, you can only modify that per accommodation you look at. You can't share anywhere else outside of facebook or twitter. Just use the website, far sleaker. Useful to view bookings only.
1 ★ Well i travelled more than 50 countries my experience is with this app its scam.i made a purchase and canceled they expected to send less then half price. Usesless and scam. I traveled arround the world my advice don't use this app.
