Notta-Transcribe Audio to Text 6.29.3.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

5 ★ Notta is about 94% accurate, which is good, but not the best. 120 minutes a month on a free account is generous and enough for my use case. I can live with a three minute limit on each recording, too although, ideally, it could be a minute or two longer.There is one complaint I have and that is that the limit of only 10 uses of Kun ever (or even per month) is a too low. It took me a long time to discover how to copy and paste transcripts into Bing, where I can ask for a corrected version.

4 ★ Useful tool that has a fairly good capability for accurate transcriptions. Love the features to highlight and amend text boxes. Could be more dynamic in the To do, Key Point, and Project but still learning how to best use these. Would be helpful if after making ankotations, you could re run the AI summary based on learnings and modifications made to text boxes once reviewed.

1 ★ Free plan doesn't allow you to access your full transcript even though it's within the 120 minutes of free transcription offered. It's a cheat since they get your recordings for free and use it without giving you something good in return. very bad

1 ★ Great app, very well priced, and very generous plans. The transcription is slow now, I would say 80% accurate, lower if the audio quality is bad. Lately, uploading files is a challenge, takes forever and/or fails, which is very inconvenient because I'm always on a time crunch. I bought the one-year plan and I totally regret it because I'm only a few months in and this happens, so I have to stick around until my plan expires next year. I do not recommend this app.

4 ★ The app looks and works nice, but it seems like it doesn't support 120 Hz refresh rate. That's why the UX feels slow and choppy.

1 ★ Chinese spyware app or whatever it is. I've send an audio file and then it redirected me to some Chinese website of their site, with my file there and wrong transcription. Totally useless.

5 ★ Amazing app, I'm so glad I found this app. I'm using it to transcribe and translate meditations and it works amazing.

1 ★ Worst app it's giving only 5 min transcription and for more we need to subscribe their plan which is so much costly.. transcription also not correct.. uninstalling the app..

1 ★ Playstore description didn't indicate that the transcribed file wouldn't be exportable until i purchase a subscription. Super disappointed with this shady way of luring users to subscribe.

5 ★ This is possibly the very best audio to text transcribing app. I had a deadline to meet up as a transcriber and I stumbled upon this. It gave me a smooth and fast transcript and It's user-friendly too. I gave you a 5-star rating because you did an awesome job at lessening my workload by more than half! Thank you Notta!.

1 ★ This is my second subscription I paid but it does not go to pro it says I must confirm plan and don't know wherr

5 ★ I needed an audio to text convertor on a emergency basis, and in an hour i had to reject like 10-20apps, because most of them either glitched or they wouldn't convert the audio properly but then I came across Notta and damn, the whole application is just damn good. Like they have so many features, proper conversion of audio to text, you can give names to the speakers and stuff. This app is one of the best audio to text convertor i have came across till now, all the best to the whole team!!

2 ★ Missed half the audio I tried out. Another app did much better with the same audio. Good UI and customisable, nice to be able to import audio files, but strange to tell it to transcribe - that should happen by default. I'd use it despite this, if only it transcribed well enough. Maybe it simply can't handle British regional accents. REPLY: I had that setting already. "BBC English" ie London/SE and the various regions differ hugely (vowels, intonation, even some consonants). Maybe I'll try again.
