1 ★ Gives excessively different distances to my AP each time I start the app, originally said 3.42m, then 15m 12m etc etc. Useless

3 ★ - without standardized: WiFi antennas and stable RF source, correctly only relative values of distances.

3 ★ My 5Ghz SSID distance is very wrong which is fluctuated from time to time while my 2.4Ghz SSID distance could be acceptable.

2 ★ Completely Inaccurate... Rather use WiFi Analyzer, it doesn't claim to show the distance, but rather shows signal strength in realtime.
