1 ★ I've had Xcel hooked up at my house since November and kept my payments up to date, but it shows a balance forward that shouldn't be there. They need to fix the payment system to show the current balance only, take into account all payments made, and not charge for a month that hasn't happened yet.
1 ★ Wanted to pay my bill in advance only to find your online billing system down. .....all dang day!! When you want your money you demand to cancel service if not received,but when we want to get ahead we deal with this major inconvenience!!! I think I should be compensated for YOUR ISSUES!! ALSO,I sent you a message to see if you can determine where I'm losing heat and having this huge bill but you NEVER got back to me!! Horrible service back to back!!!
2 ★ Good functionality but the app is slow and switching between accounts takes forever. The login process is troubling as saved credentials tend to get lost and the biometric login is almost useless Overall I need the app to manage my accounts but it is painfully slow so I usually only use it when I know I have time to wait for the app to do whatever it is done ng to retrieve my accounts but information. Update: please stop asking me to rate the app.
1 ★ Hate this app and hate the company more. Talk about nickel and dimeing you! The app crashes constantly especially while trying to make payments so that it ends up submitting twice, thus being charged twice. Won't let me login, despite using the correct information, so them I need to change my password. Hate this app and hate this company. Seriously wish I could use a different company.
3 ★ It doesnt always show the correct information. And has issues logging in alot of the time. But love the ease of paying through the app.
