5 ★ using jaxx for a 5 months, one morning i open the app refresh the balance and my balance is off. so i submit a ticket to jaxx support, they ask me all kind of question about my jaxx wallet, and i gave them all the proof (screen shot) they need. we went back n forth with the email, they ask if i got the latest version, did i put the right 12 phrase recovery word, test my inet speed at speednet and screen shot the result to them, ask me about my VPN n firewall windows setting, and finally after all that they tell me to transfer paper wallet using my private keys and after a week i got my BTC back. thank you jaxx team. my opinion: overall good customer service, nice response, nice apps i still use them till now.
