1 ★ This app is difficult to navigate and not intuitive at all. Furthermore, unless you are Korean or a resident alien of Korea, good luck buying a ticket with this app. Frustrating. Wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to reserve a ticket with this app, only to find at the end of the process that I can't use my Korean credit card unless I have an Alien Registration number. Then I tried to reserve using foreign payment (whatever that is), and got an error message saying I need to call them instead. Tried to call and apparently their phone service is down during lunch hours.

1 ★ Like another reviewer said, don't use the english version. I haven't seen an app with a UI this bad in.... actually I've never seen a worse UI. If you get past the bugs and unpleasantness, you'll come up against a deadend with payment errors. Maybe it's my phone model (galaxy s9) that's causing issues, but given that everybody uses a galaxy in korea, i doubt it. I gave up after an hour and booked a ride on the SRT instead. I recommend that instead if SRT has stations near where you want to go.

1 ★ It didn't work well at all. There are bugs in this app. Should have known not to bother trying it.

1 ★ the English language function is a joke and a waste of time. it was unable to do basic functions and I had to get someone to guide me through the Korean language settings to get my ticket sorted out. either delete the English setting because it is useless, or make it function exactly the same as the Korean one so that people can use it.

1 ★ The app charged my credit card, but I received no email confirmation. When using the app to check the tickets, it gave me the white screen. The worst thing was that the ticket counter refused to help because I was using virtual card. I ended up buying another tickets at the counter.

5 ★ This app is wonderful and easy to use if you fully understand. However, there are few issues with English version. I can't find my reservation or any purchase record. It really makes me confused as others did. If this problem can be fixed, much better rating will be earned in the future.

1 ★ Slow and stupid. After making the payment, it log out without telling me the reservation number. I havent received any email of reservation. I have to ask my hotel reception to help, they checked the reservation number on website by my email, then print out for me.

3 ★ Real easy to look up and buy tickets. However, when I got on the train, and tried to retrieve my ticket info to show to the train conductor, the app couldn't find it. I had to buy another ticket from the conductor.

1 ★ It's not even worth one star First of all, This app requires to download other additional apps for payment and verification so, for foreign traveler or korean who barely comes to Korea will be having hard time to do all stuffs in order to buy a ticket. Second, payment methods are unfamiliar to overseas traveler. I have been trying to buy a ticket since 8pm but still can't buy a ticket because of errors and payment system!

1 ★ I reserved a ticket in English site. they charged it on credit card, but there is no way to see my ticket info. membership is limited to korean cell number owners only. the app is not intuitive. really disappointed.

1 ★ This app is awful for use on a daily basis. All of my cards stopped working on this app months ago. I only go from one city to another and the app doesn't remember the cities. I have to search them every time. There are so many unoptimized actions, you can tell the developers did not optimize the app at all.

3 ★ It does the job, but you can't choose your seat and i seem to always end up with an aisle seat. If you go to the reservation page after selecting a time and decide you want to change it, you can't go back without completely resetting it and you have to start over entering all the information.

2 ★ The trains are NOT as well run as SRT. On late night trains the staff doesn't seem to enforce any etiquette at all on passengers. I see some older dudes with muddy boots on the arm rests while they sleep across the seats. Further, the English version of this app receives second grade attention. If you can avoid KTX, do so.

1 ★ Terrible app. If trying to book a reservation, it will not go beyond the date and time input page. Their English website is just as useless, It will not allow you to select your train. This could be an android issue because I completed my reservation using a desktop PC.

2 ★ User-unfriendly design ported straight from the website which was bad to begin with. Booking is a hassle and Korea's strict and outdated authentication system for account registration doesn't help either.
