For convenience, you can select frequently recharge amount from the screen.

1 ★ Such Horrible customer support team!! When you bring your customers through advertising that " Everything is possible through Nagad" unfortunately customers found nothing dependable. Business should be conducted with integrity and transparency, but you guys failed to ensure it towards customers

1 ★ Disgusting apps ever, for registration we have to put verification code to verify, but theirs system is too much poor quality the apps always keep hanging and the keyboard doesn't pop-up for input. First I thought my phone problem but then I changed my phone but the problem was still there.. very disturbing
3 ★ I have tried so many times to pay my university form fill-up fee by using the app. It said these disgusting things like invalid account, student id etc. all the time i have tried. If you couldn't pay it why you added this feature in the app. Fix it quickly and then i will change my review.
5 ★ Where's the DPS option after update??? & Why Don't you add live chat service option in the app as like bkash???

1 ★ Frustrating App, pathetically poor customer service. Forgot my PIN and tried 1000 times to reach their customer care which went in vain. Sent them mails on numerous occasions, never got any response. They should learn from bKash how to deliver seamless customer services and experience consumer delight.
1 ★ Cannot login and it shows this even I have good internet connection - "App could not connect with server. Please check your internet connection and try again later" It happens often and this is why it is a frustrating app.
1 ★ Everytime Your line is busy. I'm trying and trying, but always Your line is busy. I have forgotten my pin, I have to reset it, but your line is busy all the time. It's very emergency, but I can't do that. It's so shameful! 😑
4 ★ Please add the option to Save Desco Account number within app so we don't have to type it everything. Bkash has the option to save it. You should add it asap
1 ★ Worst app I have ever used. I have tried a 100 times. I also called the customer care and fixed problem from there end but the otp won't work.
1 ★ Simply mobile recharge monthly limit only TK 500, and other Incoming & Outgoing money transfer to bill payment is very poor limit. I have sent twice email bit no response from NAGAD. I have attempted more than hundreds time to contact NAGAD through phone unfortunately never line connected.
1 ★ I am not satisfied by your service .. I forgot the pin so i try very much time for recover it with verify code. But there has no respone. After that I called the helpline nmbr. They said me for wait. After 2 mnts they said it again & again also cut my mbile balance. What is this going on ??
