1 ★ Constantly stutters and crashes. Menu with the list of modules takes forever to load. Cannot complete a single module without the app crashing at least 3 or 4 times. The dynamic modules are basically glorified multiple choice quizzes. How could you possibly mess that up? Somehow Pearson found a way...
1 ★ Wont stay open even five seconds. Crashes as soon as I choose a course. Please FIX this app... it would be a helpful addition... I paid for Pearson out of pocket and it isn't cheap. This is supposed to be included but it does not work. They should either fix it or refund some money!
2 ★ I used this app on my Samsung Galaxy S10 and it was great. However, on my new S20 it just keeps crashing. Hopefully an update will be available soon for the newer Android OS so that I can continue to use on my phone and not just my laptop.
1 ★ I don't know why you would advertise that you have an app if it does not work! Will not load all it does is crash I was excited to get an app on my phone to study my school work and now very disappointed. I paid a lot of money to use this site and I think if you are going to have an app that it should at least somewhat work. But hey what do I know I'm not developer just dont advertise if all it does is crash please that way noone else Hope's will be let down.
1 ★ I downloaded this app per my professors recommendation to use as an extra tool for studying on the go, and as an added convenience. I have not been able to get the app to open successfully even once! How are students supposed to use this if it won't run and keeps crashing? Very disappointed!
1 ★ Wish I could give this app negative stars. Thing won't even open a single page. I thought it would be like revel, but no, it isn't. Now, I have to carry my books to be able to read on the go. Many complaints but Pearson doesn't seem bothered.

1 ★ Crashes all the time. I can't make it past the first part of the dynamic study module without it closing. Essentially useless for me.
1 ★ Every time I click "What you need to know," the app crashes. I paid money to learn. Please fix this and I will change the rating. Edit: I have just scrolled through the other reviews. It seems like this company does not care at all about this app. What a scam.
1 ★ This used to be a good study tool, now it is completely useless. The app crashes all the time I can't even get logged in all the way it crashes as soon as it goes through. At this point would rate it negative stars if that was a thing. Paid lots of money for the textbook and supporting (unsupportive) material, and a loose leaf version where the pages rip out if you so much as breathe near the book. They got paid so no skin off their back. DO BETTER. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS NOW!!!!!!!!!
1 ★ Doesn't allow login. Furthermore, technical help feature returns a 404 error.
1 ★ the app has been crashing for a month now. I tried it on 3 different phones and it continues to crash on all three. I have reported the bug numerous times and it has still not been fixed. I have to use the web browser to study on this and you can not make the images bigger on the browser so you cant even read it.
1 ★ Doesnt load, closes out as soon as I log in. I just installed the app. Something is definitely wrong with it. I love how Pearson, Education Inc. Responds to all negative reviews & apologize for technical difficulties/login problems as if it were the phones fault & not the app. It doesnt work! Its advertised everywhere & should be taken down & really revamped because I installed it & logged in 48 times, each time it closes out. There's nothing wrong with my brand new phone, just the app!
1 ★ Hasn't been updated since 2017. I like mastering A&P, but the app is useless. Crashes as soon as it's opened.
