1 ★ I absolutely hate to leave a critical review, hence I waited 12 months to give benefit of the doubt. This is a great concept, backed up with friendly customer service, but the product itself failed to deliver on the promise. I bought UK line 10/05/19 and have not had 3 successful incoming calls on roaming in 1 year despite many cries for help. My initial 0203 number worked few days when it was abruptly cut off due to a "technical issue" with the UK partner and never worked after. Please fix!
