1 ★ I purchased the pro version of this app because I was unable to buy a webcam. However, it did not meet my needs. It freezes and the camera doesn't connect to my laptop. I wasted my money.

4 ★ Works great until the reminder to rate this app pops up and jams your signal in the middle of a meeting, even in do not disturb mode. Otherwise i would have given it 5 stars.

1 ★ Avoid. £5.49 (non refundable) spent on an app no better than the free version, in terms of controllability. This includes not being able to touch to focus on objects or change exposure. If you're paying for this over the free version, you'll be extremely disappointed. I'm told the iPhone version is better/more feature-rich, which is confusing. I'd really like a refund, I feel robbed.

1 ★ I'm using a Google Pixel 3 and running Android version 10 and I have the pro version of EpocCam. The video part of the app works immediately after I install the driver on my PC. The Microphone never works. When I turn everything off and come back to the app again NOTHING WORKS. The computer just shows a WiFi icon, a X flashing over a USB icon, and a rotating circular arrow. I checked to make sure that all the recommended drivers are working in the background and I am good there. If I delete the the driver on the PC and re install it the app will work again, video only, until I turn it off and try coming back to it. At his point we are back to the nothing works point of this experience. There are no settings on the phone app to go into. All the self help YouTube videos show settings on the an iPhone. I do not have an iPhone and my app has no settings accessible to the user. I've emailed the developers and have got no response. The only good thing about this app is that I only lost $7. The worst thing is it cost $7 and couple hours of my life that I will never get back. There is nothing on any of the self help videos describing this problem and there is no refund. It doesn't even deserve one star but this form won't let me give it a zero.

1 ★ This app is horrible. I can NOT get it to work. I downloaded the 2.9.8 drivers for my PC. I bought the Pro version without trying the free version because it looked like it would meet my needs exactly. I start the app on both the computer and the phone, and all I get is "Searching for Server, please wait" i waited an hour and it never found anything. My phone and Pc are on the same network SSID. Don't bother with this app.

1 ★ Bad app. Tried it on Pixel 3 XL with a Mac. Free version worked but audio did not work on the paid version. I only get the option to stream 720p video and it cuts off about every 20 minutes. Might as well buy an actual webcam.

1 ★ I have a samsung Galaxy s8 phone connecting to a imac & or macbook pro. DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!!!. Acting like the free version I downloaded prior to this. Paid app Just gets stuck on "connecting to server please wait". If it does connect, which is only sometimes, it DOES NOT have all the features, "no setting button, front and back camera button, etc. nothing like the youtube videos I see. Not worth the money... for me anyways. PLEASE REFUND!

5 ★ Don't know why this app has so many 1 star reviews. It works perfectly fine for me - I use it in Zoom and OBS. (Not sure about other video apps) I'm using a Samsung S9+ with a Windows 10 computer. Make sure you download the driver for your computer and both your phone and computer are on the same WIFI. That's it, very simple and easy.

1 ★ Paid app Not working properly.. on the first day of purchase, i tried this app for a professional work, thinking of getting better results than a free app, I faced a big issue of continuous camera hanging and slow movements inspite of having good internet speed. Should I consider I wasted my money?

1 ★ Bought this app after watching a video that made it look easy. Followed all the instructions to download onto my laptop and attach my phone to the laptop and no feed came up on my laptop and the feed on my phone is blurred and distorted. Useless. There are no follow up instructions online if it doesn't work. DO NOT BUY!!!!

1 ★ Please dont spend your money on an app not reliable enough. Bought it because had an important video interview coming. It let me down on that day, very frustrated, had to rely on my built-in webcam. BEWARE you wont get any refund from google for it, Unbelievable. Better save ur money for a usb HD 4K cam. Stay Away at all cost.

1 ★ I was unable to get the app to do anything other than "search for server" on my Samsung Galaxy Note9. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it would never even connect to the computer. Very poor in my experience. Not recommended

1 ★ The Android version of the app is horrible! It's nothing like the iOS version, has no controls, and isn't even in 1080p as promised. I decided to give this a second chance since it was recently updated, but no luck. I would like a refund please @developers.

1 ★ pixel 2 + macbook. More reliable than other similar apps but pro version still does not let me control focus. Focus is permanently off, making the app useless. Open to ways to fix this.

1 ★ I cant get it to connect to my pc. Uninstalled & reinstalled, restarted, nothing. Said it would tske 3 minutes. I hope tech support gets back to me soon.
