Procare includes:
CONTACTLESS SIGN IN/OUT : Parents can sign in-out students contactless using QR code or Curbside GeoLocation.
STUDENT ATTENDANCE: Replace paper sheets with digital SIGN IN-OUT. Record student attendance, absences (add notes) and transfer to different rooms. Generate BEST industry standard reporting from our website to satisfy childcare LICENSING needs. (Also has OFFLINE MODE to run without network)
PARENT KIOSK: Parents can drop off and pick up children easily (optional use of a 4-digit pin). Record SIGNATURES and capture answers with DROP-OFF form. Charge payments based on their HOURLY attendance and collect LATE FEE.
STAFF TIMECARD: Staff can CHECK-IN from the app using 4-digit pin. Build REPORTS of their timecard from website for PAYROLL.
TRACK RATIOS: Always be licensing-compliant. Track ratios in real time from the app for all your rooms.
PHOTOS and VIDEOS: Send any number of photos and videos, and tag students with one click on our child care app. Unlimited storage and sent to parents with one tap.

4 ★ pretty smooth experience and full feature support. No major bug. Very impressive for an app in this category. Overal app performance like speed can be optimized. One Nit on user experience: should support swipe between photos and videos once a user click to open a video or photo. Now I always need to back to timeline and click next photo or video.
5 ★ Love this app! Get to see what my son does throughout the day including what he has for lunch, how his day is going and how his mood is and they also contact you via email through the app with information!!! Best app ever! I also love that when you get an update your phone goes off like you have a text and you can click on the symbol and go straight to the message!
4 ★ Simple, intuitive with required options to see my child and his activities. Only drawback is app is not letting to scroll through photos if we open a photo; for every photo we need to back and open. Also the same for downloading as well, no option to download all at once or at least for a day.
5 ★ Absolutely fantastic app! I light up when I hear the notifications. I'm able to have peace knowing that my child is being cared for in a responsible, respectful way! Super easy to use and quality photos.
5 ★ Oh my gosh- I love this app! It is one of the most user-friendly apps out there! Opens right up to the log. I can see when he has diaper changes, when he is napping and for how long, how much and specifically what he had at mealtime. I see pictures throughout the day, can message the teachers easily and find out if he is running low on anything or any questions. It is so much easier than trying to get all of this information at pick-up. Making payments is super easy as well! Love it!
1 ★ QR reader stopped working unexpectedly on my Samsung S20+. The QR reader opens on a black screen that only shows my kiosk pin. I have rebooted the phone, uninstalled and installed the app but the issue continues. Also checked for permissions. QR reader works fine on others apps on my phone. In my opinion this is the most important function of the Procare app and it doesn't work.
4 ★ Works well, but be careful with permissions. The location based option to sign in/out needs some work. I can be standing in the wrong part of the daycare and it won't let me sign in/out. Struggled to download photos on my old phone likely due to permissions.
1 ★ Similar to one of the other reviewers, the QR scanning stopped working on my Galaxy s20+. I think this started after the recent software update.. I even called their support but they suggest all the things I did already--reinstall apps, restart phone, etc.--and they could not figure it out for me.
5 ★ Love this app. My daughter's summer camp just started using this and it makes check in and out so easy. The daily photo updates they post are so cute and since we're potty training right now having the potty break updates is a big plus. Messaging her teachers is also really nice it's a great way to keepmin touch.
5 ★ I have been using this app for almost 3 years at my home daycare when it was Kinderlime. My families, team members and I love it! It's user friendly and barely glitches.
4 ★ It's great, but it would be nice to be able to save regular activities to add in, instead of having to type them in each day. In the meal area, it would be nice to create the meal, then separately choose what each child ate, instead of it being across the board.

3 ★ It is OK. There should be an option to download all the pictures at once not 1 by 1. Also, the download button is on top of the which is awkward at best. They need to move the button down to make it easier. But most of all, create an option to download all pictures from a specific day. If all that is done, then it would be 5 stars from me.
1 ★ Worked great for a few months. QR reader in this app on my Samsung S20 decided to stop working recently. No troubles with other QR reader apps. I get a black screen but it shows my kiosk pin still. I have Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled but no change.... this is annoying as it is how we check kids in and out.
2 ★ Latest update broke the camera feature for QR code scanning. Kind of a big deal when the institute to which you send your children uses this for attendance records and who is on the premises in the event of an emergency. Unacceptable fr a development standpoint. The QA team should be reevaluated before the next release.
