4 ★ I'm only giving this app 4 stars because I emailed the company about the forced upgrade with a premium subscription and they actually refunded my money and I get another full 6 months with proof I paid. They handled it in a timely manner. It does suck that I cannot download the videos for my daughter though.
1 ★ Paid for 6 month premium subscription on old app then was forced to download new app and have to pay for premium again. New app isn't worth it they took my money for nothing and took away the offline feature which was the only reason I liked the old app.
5 ★ AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE- After updating I was seeing ads even though I had paid for no-ad access. After contacting company the problem was rectified professionally and quickly. Thank you!
1 ★ Terrible app! Paid for no adds and still get adds! Paid for it on their before app and it forced closed and promt pops up to download this "updated app", but now that we have downloaded it there's still adds. Scam by far!
