4 ★ So glad to have downloaded this app. The store I go to doesn't accept mobile pay but the app is an easy way around that. I haven't had any issues placing my orders or viewing receipts. The UI isn't the best but it's easy to navigate. I do wish it was ordering drinks was a bit more customizable. Overall pleasant experience with this app.

1 ★ Trash! Straight garbage! Crashes constantly, not all of the menu items are online, and whenever you go to check out it airs out and empties out the cart. Now forced to use Uber eats.

1 ★ There's no where to reload. I tried to place an order for pick and add funds but it just took the rest that i had in my asking " sent the order" and said i still owed money. Why would an on the go still take without the proper amount of funds? Defeats the purpose. If i can't use the app when i go then i don't bother going.

2 ★ It would be great if the time wasn't wrong. I always try to order for 6:30 CST and it always says I can't because the location isn't open (they're open until 7pm). Seems like this wouldn't be hard to fix but it's been like this for a year.

5 ★ App works great. Makes ordering and/ or paying very easy. Love that it keeps me from having to stand in line.

2 ★ Lag with missing menu. It lagsa at times and now I can't see anything on the menu besides the classic drinks and I never order those. It's been like this for 3 weeks. I even tried to Uninstaller and reinstall it, refresh and restart my phone. Nothing works.

2 ★ It's just gotten worse and worse over time. It constantly lags, has submitted multiple orders, half the time I can't even get an order in because it just stalls. Leaving it st two stars since I can pay with it most of the time.

1 ★ The app is not optimized for Android users. I was looking at my girlfriend's iPhone and it was working perfectly fine but on my android phone it wouldn't allow me to order.

1 ★ Double Charged .... ... i thought my girlfriend was crazy buying 2 drinks twice. .. She said it was the app.. .. I found out today myself .. . i downloaded and reloaded. $25 (the lowest option) . then nothing happens.. ... the reload button just reappear.. and they make you assume nothing happens so you can tap the reload button again.. nothing happens.. i check my bank transaction and $25 charged twice..

1 ★ Rarely loads the first or even second time I try to place an order. Finding the location of a different store is a chore because there's no way to narrow the list by city or state.

1 ★ Horrible app. Not enough rewards or and promotions(rarely give any) never work. The ordering system has never worked for me. They also charged me 3 times for a drink...

1 ★ Ordering thru this app is hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks just aren't ready, or in some cases aren't available at all even tho the app lists them, takes an order for them, and charges you. There's no way to get any adjustments, refunds or any customer service at all via the app. You just put in your order, get charged, and hope you get the drinks you ordered at the scheduled time.

3 ★ The app is always extremely laggy. I could be using any kind of internet connection and it will always be slow or laggy. Other then that I have no issues

2 ★ I try to add my Instagram on the app so i can join in on the giveaways yet i can't add it. And when i get free bubbles, they don't show!

1 ★ Not worth having. Can only order/pay for drinks currently. I don't go there just to get tea. I like getting a river ball and/or takoyaki as well. Let me pay and order then through the app as well and I'll take better.
