Download the latest Citizen Safety application, version 1.6, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Social app is developed by Kerala Police and is easy to download and install.

Description
The app will have a soft and hard panic button which send SOS to control room. The app will also send SMS to predefined numbers to alert emergency.
The app will provide special feature for commuters to take photo of vehicle and registration number and send the same to the web application server while a person is about to travel on a cab/auto.
App permissions
Citizen Safety 1.6 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to use location features in hardware, such as the geofencing api.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an application to send SMS messages.
Allows an application to read SMS messages.
Allows an application to receive SMS messages.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

4 ★ Suggestion - when tracking mode is ON, I should be able to tap on the tracking notification in the notification bar to access the app easily, like we see in music apps... It makes the accessibility to the contacts easier....
