Set news as Public, if you wish to make it known to everyone.
You can set stories you want to share with particular friends as Close Friends Only while selecting Only Me for stories that you wish to keep to yourself.

※ You can allow the following permissions to use KakaoStory more conveniently.
You can use the basic service without allowing optional permissions.
1. Required Access Permissions
* Storage: To retreve photos and videos from my device and send them to KakaoStory.
* Phone: To maintain the verification status obtained from my phone and continue to use KakaoStory.
2. Optional Access Permissions
* Camera: To take photos and videos with my device.
* Mic: To take videos.
* Location: To receive suggestions for nearby places.
* Notifications: Permissions to receive notifications from friends, StoryChannels, and important announcements.
* The access permissions of the KakaoStory app are implemented by dividing the required and optional in response to Android 6.0 and later versions. Android OS lower than 6.0 does not allow optional permissions. Please check whether your device manufacturer provides the operating system upgrade function and update your OS to version 6.0 or higher, if possible.

1 ★ Please this app easily get disabled each time I try to add some friends why is it that way is it because am not in Korea why is it not available to people outside Korea so many times I tried to create my profile it get banned
4 ★ kakao story should be connected to the kakao talk to be able to use easily when chatting. like messenger in facebook. In addition(suggestion) It should have ang translation to be able to understand especially those who are not korean. but its good!
3 ★ Good app for friends. My only issue is this app needs to be monitored. Too much solicitation and also have too many fakes on here looking to scam unsuspecting women and men. It would be a 5 star if not for that.
3 ★ The one thing that's great about this app is that in comparison to similar apps such as Instagram, users can make posts with up to 20 files, INCLUDING gifs. Otherwise, it's unnecessary & rather disappointing.
1 ★ I like this app but I will really appreciate if it can be increased in add friends such as maybe 200 adding 28 more than makes me get my phone refresh and I lost most of my saved Data is very annoying please try fix this and I will complete my star I love the Kakastory I need an urgent fix please
2 ★ this app needs to be monitored and should have more security in the part of the user, this is nice but there are lots of scam, at first with was good but later on, its something else so i just uninstall it.

1 ★ very bad experience with this application.my account was suspended with no explanation. I had a real account with my fotos. the application is full of scammers btw. I deleted from my phone as they do not care about real users. I do not recommend it.
1 ★ I don't know why but the app keeps telling me that I cannot log in because I don't have the latest version. I already uninstalled it and downloaded it again, but it keeps saying the same thing. There's no option to update the app, I don't know what to do please help.
1 ★ i want my old version of Kakao. i hope there is an option for the user to choose whether to go with the new version or not. i dont have a Kakao account. I'm worried that... if I sign up to avail the KakaoStory feature, my chat messages might be deleted.
3 ★ It would have been better if we can even exchange messages on this aap.. and it even needs a translator cause many international people are using it..

4 ★ App was good, some people, not so much. I only got the app to help me learn Korean. All I met were fake people pretending to be in the military or working in a different foreign country asking for "gift cards".
