Perk TV for Tablets 2.9.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

2 ★ Works fine for a little while and then all I get is a spinning circle unless I restart my tablet. Frustrating!

1 ★ Just straight up doesn't work. Try to log in and a pop-up dialogue shows up for a split second and it's right back to the log-in screen. This app is broken and hasn't been updated in over a year. Steer clear.

Look it really isn't complicated or anything like that! a lot of people think you just turn it on" and walk away there is a little secret that might help a lot,...Read the Terms & agreements and follow thru I mean isn't that what you do with your other apps! and if so are they running smooth I bet they are the only ones that don't if the issue is coming from you its most likely your modem if its coming from the app it self! well I think you might have cut some corners? or just plan old cheating! and if that's the case then your not having enough trouble yet," just keep doing it and they will catch you then its Bye! 5 ★ I see a lot of negative reviews. I've been using perk apps for a little over a month and HAVE collected over $50 in Amazon gift cards. I'm downloading again today and setting my devices up to run perk apps continuously.
