1 ★ I got the plastik card and tried to move 8800 points to it. They took my points but never put the money on my card. I have reported it to support repeatedly and don't even get a reply. Can't even get them to give me my points back so I can get a gift card.
1 ★ Beware of these crooks. Whatever you do do not get their bogus discover card. There is no live customer service and their email support is useless. My card has been hacked twice and funds stolen twice and they do nothing. The 2nd time i hadn't even activated the card which leads me to believe they are the ones stealing the money. Keep your point and just redeem them for GIFT CARDS
2 ★ I lost my phone for a few weeks and when i got a phone and logged in all my points and tokens were gone. i submitted a request for them to be returned. i would change my review to 5 stars i love the app but im sooo upset all my points and tokens i spent 3 years working to get back were all taken away. please return them im really really upset.
2 ★ I ordered the Perkplastik months ago and the card NEVER WORKED and the phone number is disconnected...okay fine. Wrote support to put my points back to use for something else it's now Jan 24 and still nothing. Dont waste your time... :(
1 ★ I don't know what happened but ever since about November of last year perk wallet and viggle has not worked or reflected thr correct information. i can't even use viggle anymore. why purchase a company and then make something that worked into an interior product?
5 ★ i have been building money on my perk plastik card, and yesterday, i had an issue redeeming $2. contacted customer support, and they resolved rhe issue in a day! Definitely great support, and worth the bit of time it takes to save the points up!

1 ★ We work and work to earn points and something is wrong now. Neither me or my husband can put money on our Perk card. Been a few days now...
3 ★ my perk plastik card stopped working so I contacted support they never got back to me I have $40.00 on my account I can"t use. I lost my card so they told my I could order a new card for 4500 points so I saved up my points to order a new card and now when I try to order a new card it says user not found I contacted support again and they never got back to me and marked my support ticket as solved.

1 ★ ever since the wallet app was updated I have not been able to convert my points to my plastic.
1 ★ I have watched almost 10 ads. And i never got perk points added to existing points. Bt i get a toast " 1 perk point added" dats all.. Waste and nw it dsnt even load the ad to watch
