5 ★ I now know immediately whether my tenant is up to date with rent: I don't have to wait for an agent to let me know in days or weeks. I now have the lease and inspection reports at my fingertips. And I'm saving 6% in agent fees. The features go on! I love it. Saves time and money. Brilliant!
