Equipment status Log – The Equipment status automatically changes based on Pick & Return. Color coded visual display of Equipment “Rented to Customer”, "Require Maintenance" or “Ready for Rent” etc.
Rate Card – Define price for each Category or specific Equipment for Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Long Terms Lease cost with Delivery charges.
Payment Processing –Process Credit card payments via Square app or hardware. Generate Invoice & Paid Receipt to Rental customers.
Delivery Report - Delivery report with Receiver signature on Equipment Delivery. (Option to note Pre -existing conditions, Meter Readings, Fuel status)
Return Receipt – Create Return Receipt document to your customer and Email PDF or Print it.
Incident Report – At Return, option available to record any damage/ incident with Customer ID, signature and pictures of damages.

5 ★ This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for! Just need to figure out how to return a cash deposit once equipment is returned in good order. But seriously this app is awesome. every other system I've tried has just overcomplicated this rental process way to much. This is clear cut and to the point. Love it.! Thanks guys!!!
5 ★ I have excavation and forklift equipment rental business. The app along with web portal does what I need. Rental damage and delivery reports are best. App mention but still have to try digital display though

1 ★ Couldn't test it's potential because the trial isn't open enough to try. I could only add one item into my inventory before requiring to purchase "space". Could not test a way to export or import an inventory list. I am not going to PURCHASE a pass so I can TRY your product to see if it works for my needs.
1 ★ Wasted time logging a piece of equipment in and setting up a profile to try this ap, then it says must purchase before creating an invoice. What a waste of time... how about a 30 day or 1 week trial?
