Description

The Home Workouts app offers daily workout routines for all major muscle groups, allowing you to build muscle and maintain fitness from the comfort of your home.

Home Workout No Equipment: Bodyweight fitness, Workouts for staying active, Cardio Workout at Home.

The app includes workouts for abs, chest, glutes and legs, arms, as well as full-body workouts, all designed by experts without the need for equipment. Despite the short duration of each workout, it can effectively tone your muscles and help you achieve six-pack abs at home.

The app is not only useful for building muscle but also for fat burning.

• Do exercises correctly

• Pay attention to breathing
Breathing must accompany the movements. For example, inhale as you lift your hips, hold your breath while holding the movement, and exhale as you return to your resting position. In general, the ideal is to inhale through the nose when pushing and exhale through the mouth when releasing the body.
