MyJio: For Everything Jio 7.0.31A APK requires following permissions:

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to write (but not read] the user's call log data.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to receive SMS messages.

Allows an application to send SMS messages.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows an application to read SMS messages.

Allows an application to monitor incoming MMS messages.

Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows applications to write the sync settings.

Allows applications to read the sync settings.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

1 ★ I'm from kerala circle, at the starting periods jio was excellent in my area with coverage and quality. but after few years they shows the same problems what I had experienced with other network operators. Now a days its f........ bad condition here. I cant use my any of the apps which needs internet properly even jio app. I made complaints many times but the results are same.They told me, its bcoz of many people using the same content at the same time that's y I experiencing the problem. #$%^%

1 ★ Rated tow Star because worst experience with network coverage and Internet connection is very weak. Jio users are growing very fast but there was no significant difference in internet speed. I have been using Reliance Jio for the last 4 years. As far as my experience, the difficulties I faced after being with Reliance Jio Network in the last 4 years. It goes like this: 1-There was no significant improvement in internet connection or speed. 2- There was no improvement in customer service.

5 ★ It is an amazing application. It have all features which you need much more. I get all features ...like recharge.. upi payment.. games.. news .. videos. . funzones... And many others. You should all install this app. And most important you will get many rewards by playing many games and you can shopping easily from its jiomart option... You will get a interesting feature that is jio fiber ☺️☺️☺️☺️.... So you should download this app and enjoy its most valuable features ..and get rewards. I ❤️ it

3 ★ This app is actually quite good it helps me to recharge my phone and also to track my data usage and know how much of data is remaining. But what the main problem with this app is that it loads for a very long time which really is annoying to the user. It loads for minimum one minute and then displays the home page of the app. This is the only problem that I face with this app if this problem is configured out this would be really a very good application.

1 ★ Pathetic app, and support even more. I raised a query via mail as mentioned by you yesterday and all I got was an automated conversation where there was no resolve. The problem is that the app doesn't load the JioFiber device settings page. Constantly get an Oops! Something went wrong error. Tried clearing cache data, uninstalling, reinstalling. None of which works. Please help with this.

1 ★ The functionalities of the app need an overhaul. There could be a problem with your servers. When I click on the Jio Pay settings, the page takes forever to load. Sometimes the page does not load and I am advised to try after sometime. There are other problems as well in the app.

1 ★ Horrible internet connection, to be precise no internet connection at all. I am a post paid subscriber and have contacted the customer service numerous times and everytime I they say it's because I an on a low network area,or there is a problem with my handset. If that would have been the case,then I won't be able to make calls to send text. Resolve the connectivity problem immediately and stop making lame excuses.

3 ★ From last few days the app is getting closed automatically as soon i try to open & see my details & all, and the new pop up of jio fiber add is not closing as i try to close it by tapping the cross button on it as well. To check my usage & all i had to try to open it multiple times to stay on screen. I had reinstalled it 2 times as well. Help me out, its very irritating & annoying as well. Thanks in advance.

1 ★ One of the worst app. There is no option to convey any issue or complaint. The internet speed has been slower than 2G. 0.1Mbps, but there is no way Jio is reaching the customer complaints. Live chat doesnt work at all. This is a perfect way to avoid any customer grievances or complaints. The replies by Jio is just a public stunt to misguide people they attend to the customer complaints. In fact many times all the details including net speed has been shared via email but no solution yet. Pathetic

1 ★ App becomes worse after each update. Now it has started crashing randomly too. Simplicity is the key. Please make the interface simple so that the app can work stably. Your amateur designers put tons of graphics in the app and the app isn't even able to handle them. Please bring back the old design and Please don't ask for device specs, it's an issue with the app and it's design.

1 ★ This is the third time I am telling this.And if after that i get slow data speed I will immediately discard my jio sim and put another one.it's the third time I am saying this but they are not fixing this issue.when plan is about to expire before 4 to 5 days they start to give us messages,like,your plan is going to expire and all those things.And after when we recharge they will give us slow data speed.because now they got the money,now if we get slow data speed why would they care.fix this plz

1 ★ This app is not at all working. It always shows trying to fetch your account details please wait. But it doesnt show my net usage. I uninstalled and re install this app again and now it is not allowing me to login. Very bad experience with this app. Tried many times to login again and again but it is not working. Please fix the issue and update a new version. Otherwise i have to switch to other network for my office work.

1 ★ It's been a while since jio SIM has been bad, the network has no speed, I can't watch any videos on YouTube, it's a dirty SIM, if anyone asks me which SIM has no speed on the network, I will tell you that it is jio SIM, and it will be three days before the end of the recharged net plan. That being said, how nice it would have been if they had a responsibility to give their net in speed

1 ★ Takes too much time to fetch data. And don't show the correct amout of data left. Data usage updation needs to be quick and responsive. But before anything gets displayed it takes time to fetch data which is time consuming and not very good thing in consideration. I recommend it should have cache for unimportant things and fill the purpose first.

1 ★ It's a pathetic service and support from Jio Sad to say that your backend team/software has failed to resolve the issue since from 2 months. How long to wait, need 2 months to resolve a small issue (Remove/update child number from my account). Then why should I use 599 plan if I'm not able to enjoy the benifit!! generated. And coming to your support. A customer support guy is saying it will be solved in 2 - 3 days. Sad part is its already 2 months.. How many (2-3) days I need to wait.
