2 ★ Poor implementation, way too complicated to be worthwhile. You cant actially track anything with this app, so you need to use a extra app, like fitbit. samsung health doesnt work so you need a sync tool to get data to fitbit so it can go to jiff. so now up to 4 apps (samsung, sync tool, fitbit, and jiff). oh, and nutrition sync from fitbit doesnt work. so would need a 5th app (assuming nutrition sync works at all). bah, not worth it.
2 ★ The app is not working properly, I am entering my food on Fitbit app, and it's synched. but the Jiff app say is unable to synch. I open the app every day and it record my food every day, but Jiff refuses to update all days skipping some missing on points.
1 ★ pathetic customer service. bunch of frauds who will deduct your points and not give your rewards back. upon creating support tickets they will not respond untill you give up. if you create another ticket they will close it without resolution....FRAUDS..scamsters
3 ★ It's okay. Would be better if they added sync support for Samsung health. Currently I have to use a third party app to sync to Jiff and even then it is not very accurate. Will that be in a future update?
4 ★ UI experience can be a bit annoying, especially the force close since there's no exit equivalent. While there were bugs with my employer last year, it seems like the link to the fitbit ecosystem works fine. Sometimes there's a few more clicks than I'd like and the desktop browser interface can be challenging (scrolling turned off on some screens, etc), but overall a solid app. For the employer SSO comments, I'd recommend setting up a separate dedicated account login - it works better that way.
3 ★ Would be better if it could sync with Samsung watch, Samsung health app. Otherwise a geat program!
1 ★ I cant get into the app. It will show the logo an dpin wheel going round and round. The content of the app never loads.
1 ★ terrible. I only use it for 2 months a year then uninstall because my employer uses it. nice concept but unusable due to excesive bugs, excesively slow, and excesively unintuitive.
5 ★ Works with employer fitness program, also syncs with my Garmin Connect app to automatically record steps.
3 ★ It seems like a pretty bare bones app. It takes quite a few seconds to open up. I'm required to use it in order to get credit from my employer.
3 ★ i did the wellness screening but it wont show up in my results or give me the points associated with it.
1 ★ does this site no longer work? I used to use and decided to start back up being healthy but now it never loads it just sits there on the screen that just says jiff. it's literally a waste of my time

1 ★ Worst fitness tracker on the app store right now. Its clunky, slow, and unreliable.
