1 ★ This is most counter intuitive app I've used. An absolute exercise in frustration and futility. It's enough to make me never want to shop here, even without the app.

1 ★ The payment method is NOT friendly at all like other credit cards payment method is simple and easy!! I do not see where my payment went or the card I added if it used that, so truly NOT sure where my payment went too?!!

1 ★ I've made my payment on time since I've had this credit card never got behind one time but they lowered my balance. Which is fine but will not shop at another jcp again.

1 ★ You guys talked up your card and your app. And a month after having it dropped my $400 credit line down to $100. Your a bunch of shiesty thiefs. Everytime i made an order you would try to add $25 to $60 dollars ontop of my purchase. I owed like $160 and only had a $100 dollar limit. You guys are thiefs and liars. Hope nobody gets this app or your card. Canceling mine asap. Have a great day.

3 ★ All is good. But the beauity salon area of the app could use some help. I tried to look at the menu and talk about fine print! Cant see it and it dosent scroll or enlarges.

3 ★ I love Pennys. I want bigger pictures, also more veiws on that item, i.e. front back side. If the item is plus size i want a plus size model to wear it.

1 ★ This site sucks, too many log ins to reach your payment page and the don't have recurring payments available or atleast I can't find it!

4 ★ Update... I now really like this app! They have fixed the glitches that I wasn't happy with 2-26-21.... Not my favorite app. Sometimes things will be missing in my cart or added if I leave it for a while. Also sometimes it won't let me delete items but it says they are not found, rather odd... Well my issues with this app have been fixed! I really like it! I just wish you carried more women's size 2 clothes ; )

5 ★ Works Well... I can find things I need right here on the smart phone... I've ordered with JCPenney many times, no problem's... I used to live next to the Giant JC Penny Building in Stead Nevada.. That was 1981.. UNR..

2 ★ I like your Company much better than signing into your business. I could not finish filling in the form. It would always insist my birthday was in July. I there for didn't finish filling out the form. I was looking for a sofa and I can't seem to go further and to go into your site to look.

1 ★ DISAPPOINTING Have enjoyed shopping here in store and from catalog for many yrs. Now it's online shopping. Have placed orders 4x in few months. Unlike every other store; they don't give me an estimated date for arrival. Although you order all items at same time; they come in 1 piece at a time! So far, I have come home to find pkgs crammed in mailbox, thrown over fence into yard, under mailbox, on curb close to mailbox and a few pieces never found! UPS takes pieces to post office to "deliver" to

5 ★ It's better to buy on line. Customer service us very helpful and will resolve any issues you have. You take a big risk when buying in the store especially gateway mall. They will never answer the phone. And if you send a product in to be repaired be prepared not to get it back for more than a month if you get it back at all.

5 ★ Great App. Configures well with what is available at the store or at warehouse. Couldn't fix PayPal settings once logged in though.

5 ★ Shopping online here is so easy and shipping is fast. Gives me more time to do other things!

5 ★ I love the simplicity and easy navigation of the app! I only wish Google would stop asking me to turn on locations "for better service" every time I go to a different section. I picked my favorite store, that's enough.
