Jakcom Smart Ring 1.9.9 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ Never use again. I set this to it's simplest task..... Unlock phone when wearers ring touches the NFC! my phone locked and WILL NOT unlock using the ring, it's changed the backup pin and i had to basically jailbreak the brick your ring left me with...... Looks ok. Go for the 3rd gen ring... Maybe links got sorted. I've the 1st ring they released BUT @ £30.00 i expect the thing to work.

3 ★ This app is good for apps lock and for quick app launch but when it comes to screen lock it's not good,screen lock work well in normal conditions but when someone reboot or restart there mobile phone then it takes 5 to 6 sec to lock the screen, at that much time ones information or content becomes public. And when someone reboot to safe mode then it's all over the smart ring app will not work anymore.I have a Sony Xperia mobile which is inbuilt with smart nfc unlock so for me nfc ring is awesome.

1 ★ the ring is well built and interfaces very well with the NFC of the phone (galaxy s5). However the app hardly ever does what it suppose to do. The un-locking of the screen reset every few hours and need to be configured again and again. So the bottom line you can't really use the great features of the ring until that app will be upgraded extremely.

4 ★ It does exactly what it says... i have a galaxy s4 active and my daughter has the galaxy s7. As long as is NFC... It is compatible with both phones...its pretty cool once you figure it out. At first it was fuatrating because it took me a while to understand it. You have to make sure your phone does not have a case.. other than that maybe find a better brand ...good luck and patience

1 ★ i wouldvr loved the ring if i am able to cancel some settings. i have uninstalled the app. numerous times to reset the whole thing. once i lock an app it takes me 6 scans w the ring to get it unlocked. i also notice when i unlock an app, it takes me to the rings app then i have to exit it to go to the app i want to open. this is a good idea but needs to be developed some more to. make it efficient. Also set a quick launch app, doedny launch the app right away. I wasted money on this ring and i am very disappointed. I hope no one buys this until Jakcom develops their products to work efficiently as well as easier for people to use. As a techie this is frustrating me. I havent used this for almost a year then decided to use it again tonight, still doesnt work!

4 ★ Does what it says it will do. You can customize your lock screen. I have loaded my contact info which I use when I'm at conferences. I would like to do more than one quick app start, I would like a unlock folders options, I would like to add loyalty cards, and have a 12-hour format on the lock screen.

4 ★ The app needs a bit more work for it to run better. But all in all its not a bad app cause ive seen worst.

2 ★ Needs to work on v6 and the lock screen function auto starts and I have it off (close) I think is the nonsense they used to signify off..

2 ★ I purchased the RF3 version of the Jakcom ring. Their advertisement claims the ring can can unlock doors and make payments but the app has no feature to do this. Not cool. They should do what they claim...

3 ★ It's not as easy to use the ring as I thought it would be.
