- Search millions of arrest records.
- New records are added daily (in some cases hourly).
- Add notifications and get notified when someone you know gets arrested.
- Browse recent arrests and filter by Gender, Race, County and Date.
- Original mugshots (without the JailBase Logo) are available for purchase and emailed directly to you.
Support
If you have any questions or issues, we have fast in app support. Just click the Menu and then select the Support option.
Some Notes
1) We do not have all the counties in the US, but we work on adding new ones on a regular basis. You can make a request using the Support option on the Menu.
2) Facial Recognition is a new feature for us. Let us know how it's working! Use the Support option on the Menu to send us feedback.
3) We do use advertising to support the service, but you can purchase an upgrade to remove all advertising. See the Remove Ads option on the Menu.
4) Records older than 6 months, we archive. They will show up when searching, but additional details are available for purchase.

1 ★ I wish they would update orrr change this app so it shows every mugshot photo along with all the charges and info. Also hate that it takes you back to the top/most recent criminal EVERY SINGLE TIME after I click and view someone!!
5 ★ Was helpful in finding someone that was on there way to my house & the person just disappeared.. after calling all the local hospitals & police departments for the next 2 days then I stumbled on this app & found her literally in minutes with this app which was a huge relief
1 ★ IT loads some then just keeps loading... no good if you want to look back more than a week...NOW...it won't even open at all. ????
1 ★ Gotta be a joke you look up old friends, and if you happen upon a record the results page won't have any mugshots so you see one that appears to be an old friend correct county State you open it up says it's the correct age maybe birth date but it's a picture of something like an unflushed toilet with a turd sticking out of the water like a half sunken pirate ship. now I would say that yeah in some cases that could possibly be the type of person you're searching for but disgusting nonetheless.
1 ★ This app is useless. I've had two alerts set. I was supposed to be notified if they had been arrested because I have orders of protection against them and they're in hiding, so they haven't been served, so they have still been harassing me. Just found out they were arrested last Wednesday a week ago. I could have notified the police department when they were in there and they could have been served. They're out now and in hiding again and rubbing it in my face. Thanks JailBase you're awesome 😡
3 ★ Used to love this app and would've rated it with a 5 star rating until my county stopped being available on JailBase.
1 ★ Gets you interested, but you can't use it unless you want to PAY for each feature it offers. I decided to pay, the info I received was old and incorrect. You end up paying for less info than I could get by simply Googling it!
4 ★ It's ok could be better they need to update the way the program looks and works could be better
5 ★ Once I figured out how to get to my local county it has been interesting to check every couple of weeks.
1 ★ Tested to see if legit searching for people I know are locked up. It didn't find, except for one, where it gave inaccurate information. I am looking for a missing person ... this app provides no hope at all.
5 ★ On point, fastest way to know if a family member or friend was processed, this is a lot faster getting charges, and booking information than the jail info telephone number.
5 ★ I searched thru several data bases trying to confirm a acquaintances story with no luck. Then I found your app & bingo!! There she was, just as I suspected. Thank you sooo much! This site is fast & accurate. I'm recommending it to my friends and anyone else I run across whenever I have the chance or see a need to help someone.
3 ★ 13 out of 20 people agree on these 2 findings please note!!! 1: the app seems to malfunction around 45-50 photos into scolling, if on the BROWSE page.. leaving only a "Loading" message on majority of the photos available, this was on multiple devices.. 2: (also my personal gripe/frustration) it doesn't allow you to return to the spot you had been on prior-if you click on a photo, it takes you right back to the beginning... all over again....😑thx
3 ★ I want to give 5 stars, but as of right now, your help desk no longer exists, and re-directs you to an expired page, and when I try to buy more alerts, it says "purchase not complete" and that's it... No reason, no suggestion as to how to modify, nothing. Whenever this stuff changes, I'll change my review to 5 stars!
1 ★ I couldn't find anyone I was looking for, although I know theyve been incarcerated several times each and in various states. Then, it asks if you want to do a more thorough search so it can send you to BeenVerified. To get this info you really are looking for(if its even in that system) you have to pay. I thought this app was suppose to be simple, but ended up being frustrating instead.
