1 ★ I'm trying to cancel my subscription and it keeps routing back to recover pin. Horrible experience. Smh. I had a free trial and it took money out my account. The fax took almost an hour to the company to get to the recipient
5 ★ The app works great. The customer service took care of an issue I encountered as I was gifted a physical fax machine for Christmas therefore I no longer needed the efax. I did send couple of faxes and they came out perfectly crystal clear. No need for actual machine. Highly recommend this service A++
1 ★ Horrible, they charged me for each fax when I was doing the free trial. $10 each time and the faxes were only 8 -10 pages each...2 tries total. Black and white...the rep said it was because the transmission took longer than 60 seconds, I had no control over that....
1 ★ Where is the minus star button, cant cancel subs and they are taking money from my account, tried sending a fax 18 pages then 2 days later I get email saying it worked so i clicked on the fax and it sent hundreds of pages and nothing that could be read or resembled mine then it continues doing this with fake faxes and crazy amounts. So i logon and click deactivate account it says to call customer service. I click on that link and it logs me off. Try sign in account is suspended. Phone # no good
5 ★ I like this app so far. Very easy. So quick that I checked to make sure it was sent and received. Yes to both. I just hope the billing is true to my account. Will let you know. GS
1 ★ There is no free trial! You would be charged unexpectedly with an unreasonable not precisely clarified hidden charge; 42$ for one time fax which costs 2-3$ in any public fax centers! They're absolutely not fair!
5 ★ Everything seems to work good so far. I'm getting all my faxes. Haven't tried sending any yet. 1-21-21 Great app. No problems & it's cheap.
2 ★ Ever since the jan 18, 2021 update, the option to share and transfer a document from any document scanning apps to the efax app has disappeared. Please fix it asap. Im an android user!
1 ★ I downloaded this because it said free. As soon as you open it it wants a card number and a subscription and a monthly fee! What a joke.
5 ★ Easy to use. I love being able to send and receive faxes on the go. Highly recommend. I've tried several, eFax has been the most efficient.
