5 ★ Recently installed fng which got rid of the annoying double click on certain apps or keyboards that had buttons at the bottom of the screen when using one UI, but after rebooting fng would need to be disabled then re-enabled to start working again. I don't have that problem with this one though, and it has everything that fng has.
5 ★ Best navigation app, but this review is more of an eulogy as Android 11 killed 3rd party gesture navigation apps. Really scummy of google to do this to developers (and their consumers) but that's life in the big city I guess.
5 ★ I had gotten used to the bottom navigation gestures from OxygenOS and so when I switched to a custom rom it only has the side gestures. I use this to bring back the bottom gestures. Well worth the money spent on this app. Excellent Job Dev!
3 ★ Oh boy... It was perfect just the way it was... I could swipe to home screen, swipe left to go back, swipe right to swap between apps and swipe right and hold to access all the apps in memory... I didn't have to force my finger all the way to the left I could just do all swipes from the middle, but after the last update I can't do this anymore... It looks better but it's worse...
4 ★ One of my fav gesture implementations. Sadly no longer works with Android 11 on my pixel. Waiting eagerly for update
4 ★ im sure the app works fine for most, but for me the hide navbar option only slides the navbar down a bit, with half of it still peeking out, instead of disabling it completely - hence my refund. hopefully you can fix this soon :) I'm on a oneplus 8 pro
5 ★ Overall a very impressive app... allowing to set up the probably best navigation options for a smartphone at this point.
5 ★ Great app, this is what I've been looking for with my Oneplus 6! No more navigation bar, but still countless customisable shortcuts for faster navigation. I know this review reads like an advertisement, but this app is definitely worth the money for a productivity geek like me. If you like to tinker with tasker (or automate flow), you can combine those shortcuts with gestures and basically program your phone for any actions and macros.
4 ★ Almost perfect, until it causes your phone to freeze up. VNG allows you to take control of gestures, even correcting the problems with Android 10's gestures (for example, the swipe from the left). However, on my OnePlus 6, VNG appears to be responsible for intermittent instances of profound lagging. If I turn VNG off, then back on again, the lagging ends. Hence, I cannot rate this app 5 stars. For its features, though, I still have to recommend it.
4 ★ The app works very well, I have to definitely commend and give props to the developer. It's just so much easier than the implementation of having a designated area at the bottom that still takes up space. Bravo! With that being said, there is a problem on my Samsung S9+. Samsung devices nowadays tend to have certain smart options that appear when taking a screenshot such as continuous screenshots or cropping, etc. However, if you engage in permanently hiding the navigation bar, then this will also cut off those smart options at the bottom when taking a screenshot. Can you please fix this? It would make it so perfect. Thank you so much!
4 ★ i love thi, one of the best purchase. however , when i'm in full mode in netflix or any other video, the icon and the symbol for volume is out of the screen, can you fix that? and also, can we have a guest sure to also control the volume, like maybe the top corner of the screen? i would love to have a control of the volume through screen gestures. great job guys !
2 ★ Great idea, really was looking forward to getting some screen real estate back by hiding the on screen buttons and using gestures, but as soon as i enable the gestures, there's tons of screen flickering, mostly while panning around images on my Moto X4 running Pie. Disabling gestures stops it, so i wasted a buck fifty. Hope this can be ironed out soon, big fan of the concept!
5 ★ Simple, vast options, and not some weird onscreen pill. Quick developer response on g+. Hopefully a long press of the back button can be added as an action to use with Chrome's new popup history menu that appears with a long press of the back navigation key. May not be the best if you have zero bottom bezel on your phone, but if your phone does have any bottom bezel, it makes these gestures amazingly easy since you can start offscreen for the upward gestures. The recognition is fantastic, even set to only 12 pixels high on a QHD screen (default is like 30 or so), so it doesn't interfere with any other controls. And using it on a Moto Z2 Force means I can disable the nav bar by the system, which enables Moto's home button gestures (which are great, but limited to only home/back/recents, so after this app, I'd rate them the second best gesture navigation around). With the nav bar hidden by the system, the three basic gestures are always there should the app ever stop (not that it has, but just in case, I always have a way to navigate as a failsafe) and I don't need another app tok hide it. Not having a free version to trout the basics put me off this app for a while, until I had tried all the others and hated them. I eventually gave in and bought it and I'm very happy I did. This is the best gesture nav system on Android, period.
5 ★ quite the amazing app, the ui feels a bit old school, not my style but once its set up i dont have to see it again, so its fine. Using this with the s10, dont have root and dont want to mess with adb. heres my settings, using native S10 gesture controls, and using one+ for the swipes only (the upswipes are set to none in one+ to avoid double backs). works amazinly well! got it on sale £0.87, worth it!
5 ★ Coming from Fluid Navigation Gestures, I love that the developer is active. The thing that got me to switch was that the Last App Switcher works properly on One + Gestures and was very buggy on Fluid NG. That being said, I miss the animations (which are coming soon), the ability to keep the navigation bar when typing, and that the volume changer wasn't hidden in landscape mode. Great app that's worth the purchase!
