Description
ITEL Now guides you through taking the necessary photos and measurements for upload to our lab, where every test is performed by an ITEL analyst. New features include:
• Streamlined claims workflow
• Video help to show you how to perform each step
• Checklist and at-a-glance icons to help you review your photos
• More feedback on the progress of your test submission
• More intuitive navigation
• Test carpet, wood, laminate, vinyl flooring, siding, and roofing in the app and skip sending the sample
• You can also send a sample to ITEL using the app

5 ★ Excellent tool for presentation for clients
1 ★ New update. This app is still garbage. It's almost like they don't care. They can't figure out wood flooring. The app seems to think my front camera is the one to take photos with. We have to send physical samples in all the time. I'm going to make that the standard procedure from now on.
3 ★ The app works if you can get it to open. The same issue has been present for several years. Biometric log-in works, and then suddenly, it won't. You get the error, "Something went wrong." You're forced to redo the login process again. Rinse and repeat.
