Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ A recent update broke it. I recently made an international call and cost me big money. The app was set to use minutes call. The app supposedly should dial a American number through my mobile provider and then let iTalkBB handle the international call, but the app in stead directly dialed the entire international number through my mobile provide. It ended up I was charged by my mobile provide for internally call rate.
