4 ★ Simplicity is the main advantage over Flickr and Google. But there is no option to upload pix at screen resolution.
5 ★ Flickr should've ruined their free tier earlier so I could've found Irista sooner. It's the best image hosting site available :)
5 ★ I like the look of this app and use the web version. However, I can't log in on my S9. On the page that gives options to sign in with email/fb/Google, nothing happens when I press any of the options. Updated 25/06/2019: Deniz has helped solve the problem. It seems that Chrome needs to be set as the default browser to be able to log in to Irista (you can switch back to your preferred browser after successfully logging in). Thanks for the assistance Deniz. Great, clean app. Works really well!
1 ★ exact same issue as reported by Maciej. The sign-in screen fails to respond to any input. re-install doesn't help. Updated 12Jun19: thank you, Canon, for your reply, but your solution to the app login problem (use Chrome as the default browser) is simply not a solution. I've got no idea why a standalone application would require me to use a specific browser. it's a pity, as i was enjoying the desktop version. I'll give it a miss until situation is properly resolved.
1 ★ Seems promising - doesn't work. UI is nice and easy to navigate and I can select photos to upload, but they never actually upload. It also seems to hang while apparently searching my phone for photos. Not much use for a photo back-up app that doesn't actually do anything.
3 ★ Login works just fine for me. The service is great and the UI is really nice, especially the web version. However, the auto upload feature seems really unreliable from my usage, and it doesn't upload in the background, you have to open the app. I also wish it would sync deletions just like Google Photos. Overall this is a really good app, but auto upload needs to work
4 ★ To be honest, it's a very good app. It is clean, minimalistic and runs smooth. It clearly compites with Google Photos. It would be nice to have a collapse button for collapsing the days. Also it would be nice to zoom in a bit more, some of my pictures are in RAW and i can only see a preview. Thats a shame. Looking forward for quick improvements and updates!
1 ★ Cannot sign in. It goes to the screen where you have to choose whether to sign in with email, fb or google account. Then it stops responding. It does not hang, but when you touch one if the options there is no reaction. Reinstalling or clearing the apps cache did not help.
5 ★ Excellent app, easy to use and manage photos
1 ★ Same problems as many other users. on Android open app and go to create Canon ID and page with use email/FB/Google options - nothing happens on clicking anything. If they had tested the app before release this would have been apparent.
3 ★ created the account via browser and verified but the app version on my android phone does not work.I click on the sign up with email box but nothing happens.I un-installed and installed, cleared cache , memory.Still does not respond.The browser version redirects to app.
4 ★ Sometimes it's a bit buggy but eventually it gets fixed out of nowhere. I'd give 5 starts if that didn't happen

1 ★ It started OK. But has been looking for new images for about a month now. At least I can still upload on the website.
1 ★ Not able to sign in. Application is not responding on clicking 'Continue with email'. Even tried google option also but that also is not working.
