5 ★ I really love Ipsy! I have the glambag the glambag + definitely my favorite you get to pick 3 of your items and they pick the other 2. I don't know how they do it but I always love the products they pick. I'm loving these subs This stuff is my happy place. I currently have boxycharm base & all 3 of Ipsys bags I had all 3 of boxy but as Ipsy got better I slowly cut back & I'm glad I did. I got the glambag X and loved every single product! They have a great app it works perfect it's all I use.
5 ★ I signed up for Ipsy about a year ago and have not been disappointed. I'm generally not concerned with designer brands and don't buy fancy cosmetics, but Ipsy has allowed me to try sample sizes and I've gone on to buy the full products a few times. I look forward to it every month. I love that I can review my bags so that future bags are more tailored to me. There's literally nothing I don't love about Ipsy.
3 ★ I received my first bag this month, i love the bag its small & cute. I received the two tone color eye shadow & brush, i rarely ever ware eye shadow, its kinda a orange color not my color at all. A small tube of 24 hr brow setter, it didnt do anything at all really. Youth repair cream nice fragrance but kinda strong leaves skin soft. BrightEyes cream i dont see where it did anything either. Hoping next bag is more for me.
1 ★ The app and the website have not been working for almost a week. I'm still missing products from my January bag. I started emailing them on January 28th and they still haven't resolved the multiple problems. There's no delay or glitch when they're taking money out of my account though. Customer service is horrible. I will be cancelling after I get the bags they charged me for. Not a surprise finding out they have a horrible rating with the BBB.
1 ★ used to be good, but now just getting same things in different colors or sizes. Emails are always late and when I do get the email to choose 3 it tells me it's over already even if it's the same same day they mail. I can't even choose my 3 to customize my bag or ad add ons. customer service just basically says oh well, to bad.
1 ★ Everyone please read this and understand why you shouldnt support ipsy. They took $145 out of my account for an ipsy bag that I absolutely did not order. When I tried to get my refund they said they would okay. Now its been 2 months and still nothing. I'm a single mother trying to support my child I need my money back for rent. Please ipsy just give me my money back I haven't even recieved a package from them.
3 ★ Love getting my monthly Ipsy bag, it's like a surprise present every month! But I'm having issues with the Ipsy app... Some days I can't click on a single thing.. tonight I'm trying to place an order for my add-ons and everytime I click "place order" it says my cart is empty, or tells me to keep shopping before products run out... My cart isn't empty, I'm trying to purchase several items.. ugh I'm so frustrated 😖 cuz there's only limited quantities of each product. Fix it plzzz!!! 🥺😟
5 ★ I love ipsy I actually have two or three different monthly things that I get. I love the fact that I can test things out they always send me a really great products I get them quick and it's just really nice to always get little makeup stuff in the mail. And the new deluxe kits that they're sending out they're a little bit pricier actually come with eight full size products in it. All high-end very worth it. And you can also buy other stuff too it's great. And I like seeing other people's review
4 ★ Could make a log out button on app. Originally I signed up with a different email on the app, but never signed up for anything. I then later signed up for a membership using a different email and have received orders under it. I have a new phone and the ipsy app is forcing the original email automatically. I just want to remove it and use my membership acct.
1 ★ I downloaded this app and it will not tell me anything about my bag and keeps telling me I'm not connected to internet when I have unlimited data. It keeps saying to update the app and no update is available. I hate this!!!! I ONLY gave it a star because I couldn't post this without doing so.
5 ★ Always very helpful anytime I need assistance, but more importantly I LOVE the samples of different products in such a wide range. As we know, full size products are a bit pricey and who knows if we will end up even liking it?! So IPSY is perfect for me.
1 ★ Really cute idea, but I got basically the same products every month. Also it was really annoying to cancel my membership. The cancel pages have a lot of distractions to try to get you to stay, to accidentally continue with less shipments, or to temporarily pause.
1 ★ I use to love this, but now not so much, I had to cancel for a little while then I got an email about a gift so I did it. Now it is saying I'm not a member through the app but it is still taking out of my account even when I don't have the money and puts me in the hole, and there is no way to get ahold of them to fully cancel it. I have tried to cancel for months, It gives an email address so I email them but it says email can't be found and gives me another but it says the same thing.
3 ★ The app is great. The service-not so much. This app allows you to sorta customize your package, explore the products you should receive in your package, read & leave reviews on received products, & manage your account. For a 1st time subscriber, the app is a pointless tease. Especially when you don't receive your package & have to cancel before you get charged for an additional month. Meanwhile, I ordered boxycharm and scentbird at same time & already received those packages. I upgraded both.
5 ★ LOVE LOVE LOVE IPSY!! Can't live without my ipsy, it's like Christmas once a month and so many different products you can try that you normally wouldn't buy but end up liking. Good way to broaden ur horizons. I've heard so mNy people say it's a scam this is by far a scam. I'll be an ipsy lifer!! ❤️❤️
