2 ★ This app is very important, I look forward to the following updates 1. Actions should have tag numbers, so actions can be traced in the system using the tag number. 2. People who actions are assigned to need to have access to report back that actions have to cleared after which the Person in charge of assigning can confirm.
4 ★ getting the message, 'waiting for server'. It was working as at last month
1 ★ App is super slow, has unnecessary permissions (make & receive phone calls should not be needed). Cannot submit any safety reports. Submit button is pressed and absolutely nothing happens.
