Ability to opt in and manage email reminders regarding their student’s accounts making it easy to remember to replenish lunch accounts or pay time sensitive fees.

Review current lunch balances, add funds to current balances, review your meal transaction history, manage meal restrictions, review bonus balances and rules.

Your school district needs to have PaySchools Central installed for you to use. You will want to have an account already created at payschoolscentral.com before downloading this app.

1 ★ Horrible app what happen it won't let me login in
1 ★ overcharging and double charging!!! I tried to pay my kid's school account and it said that there was a problem with an item in my cart. I restarted three times, later it informed me all three transactions went through. Refund won't be here for 3 to 5 business days. They knew of the problem but didn't notify the app users even though they have our emails. internet convenience fee totaled something like $11 for today's transactions. In the future, I'm sending a check to the kids school. done.
1 ★ Worst app ever! Made me update to proceed. Now it won't open. My son will not receive a lunch today since I am unable to load more money on his account!
3 ★ Up until the latest update, the app was 100% unusable. I can finally go on the mobile app, see my son's purchase history & add funds! Ty Ty Ty!! Their are still many improvements that can be & need to be made. However, thus is an excellent start! It used to take me 20 minutes and a combination of the app & the web site (not mobile friendly & I have no pc) to just add money to the account.
1 ★ This app was great last year. I just tried logging in for the second time this school year and I'm not able to. Its saying my email isn't registered although I have emails from payschool. My app is up to date and still not working at all. Knowing I have money in this account for 2 of my kids is now worrying me. If I can't access the funds I'm not sure they are able to. Whatever has changed in the past few months is definitely a screw up!!!
1 ★ Well after exhausting all my various passwords, I finally have been able to keep a password since you cannot resume **any** previous password. But now with the "mandated" update, I can't get the darn app to even open! This app needs a serious overhaul. I use it exclusively to check lunch balances quickly, but I'm probably going to just take the time to log in to the webpage. The app is an annoying headache!
1 ★ Completely annoying and useless app. It never remembers me, and I have to re-log in every time. Its password policy is idiotic in that you can't reuse an "old password" (shouldn't that be MY choice?), and after I update my password online, the app won't accept it. They make it as hard as they can for me to give them money.So tell me Payschools, how is your app making my life easier? I'll be recommending to my son's school that they drop you like a bad habit.
1 ★ this app is awful! I have been using this and everything was fine until the update. I have called cust serv 2x and no help. I cannot see up to date meal activity and fees showing up that have already been paid. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as suggested and still nothing up to date. cust serv refers you to online PC or laptop. ok that's great but this is a world of mobile phones, and what's the purpose of the app if you cant keep it up date and use it.
1 ★ Mandatory update?? I'm stuck in a nasty loop and can't even open the app. So much for adding funds to my kids lunch!!??A previous comment stated the problem was fixed- not so much!
5 ★ Changed my review from 1 star to 5!!The latest update fixed all the issues I was having! Thank you!!!! (old review from oct '18- App always hard to log into. Suppose to "remember me", but doesn't. Screen hard to navigate. Can't see enough of the page when you're typing to be able to submit or go to cart. Crappy design.)
3 ★ Very frustrating!! Took forever to migrate from old payforit version, had to choose 3 security questions from a list that was nothing I knew answers to, told me I had to install the app to use mobile. That was easy but kept getting pop ups about doing things for next school year for a kid that's graduating!! Thankfully I was able to pay senior fees and delete the app without too much trouble but I would definitely be upset if I had to use it again.
1 ★ The app has gotten worse ad time has gone on. There are no indicators when new fees are in your inbox so you have to constantly check for them. I wish our district would choose another company for payments. Oh and contrary to responses to the same complaints, the update is still not active. I can't open the app even though I have updated it
1 ★ The latest "update" is horrible. The previous version of the application was passable. Fancy skins don't replace functionality. I want to fund my kid's account and review what they've ordered (this was a simple look in the old app, now requires several selections and reading an emailed report). Un-intuitive and user unfriendly. UI test with more than your developers before release.
2 ★ They say their app is easy, but it's not user friendly. How about a tutorial?? What is Auto Replenishment? Why not just send a reminder so I can just "add funds" when I want to? Use plain language! Still trying to figure out how to fund my son's lunch account for the week. 😑 I have my credit card in & set it up to put money in (I think) but it just says zero account balance. What is the Stop Payments field for? I don't want this app in my bank account on some forced schedule. Not impressed.
3 ★ Having the same trouble as the person stated in the last review. Keeps saying "application error" with local host. This just started happening last week.. Otherwise, I have never had any problems with this application and have been using it for years. Is this an internal error? Any feedback is appreciated!
