1 ★ please dont spoil your holidays by booking through heena.they provide a different amount while bookig once half the payment is done they change the amount . the staff is pathetic.they dont know how to speak. durning our europe trip they made us have lunch each day in open in plastic plates n it was raining and snowing. worst hotels provided . entire holiday was spoilt. they booked wrong flight . nothing they can do right.when you try to contact them they dont answer . please avoid this tour.
1 ★ Heena tours is the worst tour agency. I traveled with them in feb 2019 for Bhutan and had the worst service. I'd never recommend anyone heena.
