1 ★ There is no way to update your payment or other information unless you have hired someone. Customer service is just an automated chat bot. I found the app easy to use in the beginning and for getting quotes it is, and selecting someone and paying....but other than that you can't get to your information or even quite the program using the app (or the site).
1 ★ Don't use the service it's unreliable the prices change and the service allows companies to advertise pricing that is gouging the customer $90 to mow yard I need to switch careers I've had more issues than I can count especially when paying a premium on a premium on a premium. Additionally to make things worse customer service is via email or message there is no line to call
1 ★ I see no reason for this to be an app, as it's just a lead form. There is no search functionality or even a feature to see local providers and rates. Literally the only thing you can do is enter your info, which could be accomplished on a website.
1 ★ This app and company is a piece of junk...their contractor never show up or even contact you. Their app is the worst thing ever like it was made by a dude who watch 2 min youtube video on how to develope this app. Don't waste your time with them...look for something better
1 ★ The app is totally broken after the update. It'll always bring me to the Play Store. Within tell me I need to sign in. But not allow me to sign in. Then. When it tells me it has installed it on every device. It won't let me log in on this device. I needed to dispute a charge in the app. On my other devices will not allow me to do.
1 ★ This app won't let me get past the notify button. I went to my settings to receive notifications from this app but that's as far as it will go. I hired 2 lawncare people. One guy pushed me back 1 week, by that time ny grass will be high and he will want to charge me extra. I canceled him and requested another. I accepted his offer and had me on his route for the next day. No communication from him.
1 ★ After I was dropped by my service provider I found a lawn service through a local provider in my neighborhood. Now green pal is spamming me texts and emails with requotes that I didn't ask for. I had to delete my account and it was very deceptively hidden on their website how to do so. I had to click "add a new property" in order to bring up "my account" which allowed me find "delete my account". Hope this helps someone!
1 ★ This app worked well last year. This year, there was an "update." Now I can't actually access my account to change payment info. It assumes business relationships are established that are not. It has told me 10 times that they texted a confirmation code - I received none. Feels like a sham/scam app!!
1 ★ I tried to use this app and company for the first time and it was a disaster. One vendor pretended to cut my lawn and sent a picture of an unknown home to try to get paid. I cannot delete my payment method and I quickly disputed the false results of my lawn care. This app does nothing but trap you into signing up but you can't delete account info. Stay away!! Do not download this app! You cannot speak nor email anyone with complaints!!
1 ★ I used to enjoy the old app. This app update doesn't even work on any of my devices. Tried texting the lawnmower company (which have stopped coming) and got ghosted.. and there's nothing that I can do. Awesome. The idea is great... the update is horrible. Can somebody just mow my damn lawn?
1 ★ Fraud! I paid the guy cash when he came because he said he preferred it. I told the company and sent them proof. They tried everyday for 2 weeks to get that payment. I got a new card so they wouldnt keep attempting, well when I got paid they somehow got the new card number and charged me anyway. I emailed GreenPal PROOF I paid him via cash app. But they still decided they needed to charge me again. I've been emailing the team no reply. Only need 40 people for a class action lawsuit! I see 20!
1 ★ The update doesnt work! It will not allow me to sign in even though I'm already on Google play store. The way this new update is implemented makes it appear suspect to customers. Why does it need to have me logging in with my Google information?
1 ★ The new update broke the app for me. It was working fine now it keeps telling me to update even though I've already done that. I confirmed I'm on the latest version but can't get past the update screen.
1 ★ The lock you out if you don't choose service after the second spin. And they aren't willing to delete my account and my information. I think a lawsuit is coming soon as they do not follow data privacy protocol
2 ★ Hired 2 providers. The first stopped showing up or responding and second never showed up and I can't even write bad reviews for them. I contacted Greenpal and they just said try another app.
