1 ★ Worst app! App does not meet Grab's standards. Not able to book the ride at all. Is this a web app? App has poor performance.

This had happen a few times and grabshuttle support reply is slow and also system seems to have a flaw where i was charge for something which i did not book. very bad customer service rendered. no replies heard from them yet.

1 ★ Driver can let passenger wait for 15 mins. Passenger arrive punctually but yet the bus left before pick up time. This is not fair to consumer. Live tracking not accurate. Consumer have no avenues to feedback.

EVEN THOU IT JZ PATHETIC $5.50 PER TRIP BUT THEIR SYSTEM IS VERY POOR!!!! I WAS DOWN WAITING SINCE 5.20PM WHEN IT STATE 5.40PM,, I EVEN THE SCREENSHOT OF IT!!! BUT WHEN THE BUS LEFT AT EXACT 5.40PM,, THAT ONLY WHEN THE PLATE NUMBER CHANGE!!!! NO MORE GRAB SHUTTLE FOR ME!!!! SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!

1 ★ Bus did not turn up at the pickup point. Waited for more than 30mins. Twice in the past 2 weeks. Yet GPS tracker shows bus is around the vicinity. Called in 3 times to ask for refund and is still pending. Wasted almost 1 hr talktime over this. Atrocious!
