1 ★ One of the worst app I have ever used ... It's not worth for getting a single star... First one or two days it was working after that I'm not getting OTP.. really waste..total waste ...useless app
1 ★ One of the worst app ever....never receive OTP on time for logging in....first of all OTP type login is not required provide the mpin kind of login setup. Never receive the OTP on time it is taking 10 min 20 min to get OTP and multiple times when asked OTP then all of a sudden 10 OTP come to phone. Worst banking app ever used. Take my suggestion and close the bank we are having many options for taking banking service. Let the lockdown opens I am gonna close this account.
5 ★ Suggestion: In the Balance Enquiry, please add 1. Date of enquiry i.e., the day I open the app and see the balance 2. Balance available as on the Date of my last transaction. This date should remain same till I do the next transaction. If I take a screenshot and send it to someone, it will show both Today's Date and Date of Last Transaction.
1 ★ Non of the IOB app is allowing to manage all accounts in app. Unable to access multiple accounts from one log-in like net banking.
2 ★ Since the operations in this application most of the time have service Errors. Otp will be sent will be displayed in the screen but we will not receive it. This application should be rectified and make clear solutions for the customer guidance Thank u🙂
1 ★ Not even a single star to this... It was working fine for a week and then now it's worst... Not at all getting this OTP, why the hell this system? Change to anyother system like mpin or something... It's frustrating..how long should I wait to get this??????
1 ★ Bakwas developer and creater always need otp . No login passward . Mahabekar application idea worst app. Time waste .
2 ★ Not able to register, OTP not received, tried uninstalling and installing many times.
1 ★ This app everytime asks for mobile number and otp which is ridiculous. And many a times otp doesnot come. Other bank apps registere once and then pin is generated and act fast and smooth.
1 ★ Everytime one needs to login, the app requires an OTP sent to the registered cell number. This OTP never comes immediately. It takes at least 20 minutes of waiting. So in the meantime, one requests to resend the OTP. So suddenly one starts getting multiple OTPs at intervals depending on when one has requested responding of OTP. So one never knows which OTP is correct and the app rejects these OTPs. Consequently one is rarely able to login.
1 ★ Since the time I installed App, not even once I received OTP to login. Pathetic app by IOB
3 ★ Its ok, but sometimes its get stuck, log in problem. After that i have to clear the whole data of the app and re-register myself.
1 ★ Every time while logging in, an OTP is needed. Which NEVER comes. It used to work fine, but now the OTP doesn't come AT ALL.
1 ★ If u want to have heart attack in early age, then please install this app and generate interest certificate. Immediately you will start suffering with stroke. Even if we pay more than the EMI, still it will show the amount in minus means as u need to pay. Then u need to rush to bank to get the proper statement.
4 ★ Previously this app was working well.But now after entering mobile no. It tells to mention the Otp which never comes.zpeople are facing immense trouble in operating.kindlysettle the issue at your end.
