1 ★ Travel insurance should be optional as some of us purchased insurance for the whole duration of our trip to Phils. It's so hard dealing with you a the service is zero to non existent. Flight cancelled, a direct flight 2 days before and offered an alternative flight which is a connecting flight and what sucks is when I searched for flight on the same day there is still direct flight available. Called your contact # and waited for an hour and gave up, tried your chat app - unhelpful. Never again.
5 ★ Only experience I have was the delay flight on16 December and we have arrived very late around 1am. Flight crew are very good and knowledgeable in their job. Airport services they are supposed not to toughting our laugage which we can do it ourselves. That was a surprise for me as a first time visiting Clarke airport with high cost
1 ★ The app lacks essential functionalities. I can't seem to go straight to my boarding pass unless I enter the booking reference and surname. The app is great at giving you the flight details and all, but that's it. Massive improvement needed. There appears to be no option for you to download the boarding passess. This is an interesting flaw in the app, so please, can you do a bit more work on the app to make it user-friendly?
1 ★ Tried using the website and even downloaded the piece of Junk Software App. I have tried booking flights from both Msnila and Cebu to another destination in Philippines but it will not display any flights. My wife had flight booked for January and they only allow change within 30 days of the original booking. I travel around the world but this airline is the worst I have flown, not counting the lost money because they don't do refunds travel fund what a joke
3 ★ Can't login. I tried the forget password link and it tells me that my email address is not registered. But then it'll tell you that the password has expired. Nothing happens after inputting a new password. It will then tell you to sign up again and when I did it tells me that there's an issue with the account. The update made this app hard to use.
1 ★ worthless app, just like the airline. Doesnt work. Multiple attempts to book. Doesn't let me pay. Kicks me out back to an earlier page, then when I finally get to pay on the 3rd or 4th attempt, the price has gone up 1000 pesos... and just TRY to find a phone number to call to talk to someone... HAHAHA... Doesn't exist... they don't want to talk to you, just take your money.
1 ★ The worst airline app ever! User experience is the worst. You will go in circles and waste time trying change something with your booking. It keeps asking for you to log in and nothing ever works. Whoever approved this US should just find a job somewhere else
1 ★ Prices are not true. Prices are displayed on the dates. But when you chose that date and enter inside, the price is totally different.

1 ★ so hard creating an account with you!! the travel insurance is automatically added and no option to remove at all!! when creating an acc, the activation button just route me to browser, and when I successfully can create my password, it does not give me an option to set the password even though I have followed the rules for making the password. "minimum of 8 characters and max of 16" I am following that and still your trashy site don't catch that.
1 ★ One of the most idiotic worthless mobile app. You cant buy seat, add baggage in the mobile app. It will direct you to the website. Then it will ask you username and password all.over again and again and again until you make mistake and lock your account. To the mobile app creator, JUST QUIT!
1 ★ Usually it does not work. You select search and nothing happens. No results display. This has gone on for months with every version of this app. The app developer should just give up and look for a new vocation. Cleaning toilets may be more in keeping with their abilities.
3 ★ When it comes to handling a system glitch, Cebu Pacific airline fails to provide excellent service. I rebooked my flight 2 days before the date then they issued the same ticket. I reported it to the customer support and they confirmed the glitch. Unfortunately, they can only refund the rebooking fee only and cannot modify due to the system showed that "No Show". Of course, I will not show that's why I processed and paid a rebooking fee. The customer support was good but the airline is a "SCAM".
1 ★ This used to be a good app. Now, I can't even log in. Customer service said there are no known issues and that I should reach out to go rewards app since the cebupac account was created/linked through the other app. Hopefully, it gets fixed by the other app. I also asked family members and friends to login and they're also unable to login. 🤦♀️
1 ★ Not user-friendly, you are being directed multiple times to another site, why can't you have one site? And no longer need to relog in! Most of the time, it keeps on loading
