1 ★ In the section on 'ready to refill it puts prescriptions that AREN'T ready yet! Presciptions disappear while they are supposedly being refilled so when you try to refill again because its been thrown out of your 'being refilled' section, it says you CAN'T refill because its already been submitted for refill! No way to delete or archive expired rx's or ones you no longer take! This app needs ALOT of work on it!!! Used to work right but hasn't in quite some time now! Now they made a bad app worse!
1 ★ App was great until the update. I uninstalled it after the update and reinstalled it and I was able to login 1 time. Now all I get is... Your session has expired. Very disappointing!
3 ★ Last update fubar ability to login. Says session expired please try again..website experience is not too far off as well with logon issues. No uninstall updates ability through app store!! Cannot rollback.
1 ★ Terrible upgrade! If that's what you call it. Old app was working! Constant problems with app crashing. Uninstalled and installed several times. Just didn't work.
3 ★ It's always freezing up. I try and look at my list to see what I need to have filled and the app won't let me log in.

1 ★ App is unusable since uprade. After you enter your log-in info, it spins and spins and nothing happens. I can't believe Tech Support is doing nothing to fix this. There are so many complaints, similar to mine. I'm sure they're aware of the problem. Apparently, they just don't care.
2 ★ I never know if this app will be working correctly or not. My latest experience was this morning when a scrip my physician sent in yesterday did not show up in the app. I had to call the medical practice again to make sure it had been sent and then call Ingles to find out if they had received it. Not only had they, but it was ready for pickup. However, it still does not show up in the app. The app is good in theory and terrible in practice. The Ingles customer svc number never answers.
1 ★ This app was how I managed all my family members' prescriptions until this week. Now it shuts down immediately upon trying to open it. I have reinstalled several times with no luck.
