5 ★ I love this website and app!!! but I dothink some of the psychics are fake cuz I asked a couple of then the same question and they completely got it wrong then when I said something they stopped the chat...hmmmm suspicious!
1 ★ I payed 20 dollars and got nothing. No call or text. I emailed the company and no response. I would like my money refunded. This is unacceptable. It will be disputed if I dont get anywhere.

1 ★ Needs work! Every time I try and get with an advisor. Either I get charged and the advisor is unavailable. Even though they show available. Or I get charged and the app logs me out completely. I'm spending hundreds of dollars that can't be refunded. Only used when the app works correctly. Most of the advisors that I read with don't show available for weeks or days at a time.
1 ★ From the get go the reader was wrong. I kept having to correct her and she kept repeating herself. I had 10 minutes and one topic and she stretched it out for a long time. She kept mentioning we need more time instead of speaking about the topic at hand. I thought it would be great for 10 mins but it wasn't. When I tried to hang up it loaded &charged me and brought me back to her!! I wish I could get my money back but no wordfrom C.S.She is a reader from the UK & having to do with love. Beware.
1 ★ Charged me $1.99 four times at the 35 second mark of my chat and cut the chat off and I couldn't get back in. Already contacted customer service but from the reviews it seems they don't respond. This is frustrating.

1 ★ I recharged for a minimum amount of 2 usd. To my dismay 1.99 usd got immediately debited without me even using any of the services. I no longer wish to use this app. Kindly refund my amount.

1 ★ I only got one reading so I can't speak for the whole site but iv had readings before that have been accurate but this one was obviously a scam the lady was silent most of the time and asked me what I wanted to b as a kid and then changed her answer everytime I told her how far off tht is so I concluded after too much silence I asked for a refund on the 10 minutes I wasn't about to waste and definitely didn't receive a refund so just beware. Good reviews don't mean good reading.
