How does it work?
Download the app, order the SIM, receive it at home, create an account and off you go.
If you have already registered in a shop/outlet, just launch the app and enjoy.

1 ★ The payment gateway is beyond frustrating. Only takes UAE bank cards, and does not autofill, and if you get a verification code and switch screens to get the code it kicks you out of the payment gateway and you have to start again. I dread using this app whenever I need to top up.
1 ★ I'm regretting not choose etisalat or du sim card. The sells person in the store says that the plans are similar in etisalat and swyp but plan for international call is not similar which one is basic need for me. Now even there is no policy to convert the sim swyp to etisalat as well. If you are from next country, I suggest you guys please don't go for this one if you need international call plans cheaper. And the app is horrible, I faced so many times loging out automatically issue. Once log in should works properly, just waste my time again and again for log in....
1 ★ App is not working at all, trying to open it since 3 weeks, also tried to uninstall and reinstall but still not working. Due to this I am unable to unsubscribe from the membership as I don't need it anymore. So frustrating.
1 ★ Nice design, but the usage and stability of the app are horrible. You have to repeat certain actions or close the app x number of times for it to do one specific thing properly
1 ★ Don't take this SIM, there's a hidden monthly charge, I took student package promo which suits my budget, they might say in person "it's one time payment" which happened to me but literally don't. Check the contract even though they swipe your emirates ID. I trusted the Sales whom I registered mine. Now can't call my family since they took my load. Very inhuman process just to sell products. Very disappointed with etisalat and they just want me to get another SIM which is"Wasel"(under etisalat)
1 ★ The application is total let down.. so is the service as a whole.. connections speed is low.. and application is not user friendly and even unresponsive at times..
2 ★ The latest version of the application isn't working, and it's sad to see that the fix hasn't been released. It doesn't allow me to recharge and I will not be able to renew my membership. Sadly, there is no alternate way I see to recharge online.

1 ★ Couldn't register, there is no explanation if there is a free version as I don't want any plan, all I can find is plans online, as if I was buying a line from vodaphone, claro or whatever your local company is. I have no idea why people are comparing it to tiktok.
1 ★ Not happy with the app. I downloaded this app but there is automatic subscription once i loaded 50 dirhams. Now i dont have any balance left and i dont even need that subscription? How do i cancel it? I might get a debt because of this. Dont even deserve one star.
3 ★ When I try to pay I click on the notification to copy otp, which makes me exit the app for a fraction of a second. Then It makes me restart the whole proccess very annoying
1 ★ waited 2 days and contacted customer support multiple times because i could not log in. Complete lack of support, they just asked me to reinstall over and over again.
