Description

Bhat-Bhateni Super Market was established in 1984 by Mr. Min Bahadur Gurung, the company’s Owner and Chairman, as a ‘single shutter’ 120 sq. ft. cold store. Since then, Mr. Gurung, who gave up a lucrative career in banking to dedicate himself to the store, has overseen the company as it has grown from its humble beginnings to becoming a household name in the country. Today, Bhat-Bhateni has a combined 1,000,000 sq. ft. sales area across its 15 locations and employs 4,500 full-time employees 95 percent of who are women. With daily sales exceeding NRs. 5.5 Crore (USD 550,000.00), Bhat-Bhateni is also the largest taxpayer in the retail sector in Nepal.

1 ★ What is this app even worth??? My brother who is just learning java can make a better app than this. Really degraded the quality of apps that nepal has to offer. Even BigMart app has a better UI than this. Seriously, was the programmer on drugs???

1 ★ What the hell is up with the date of birth registration. After scrolling for 10 mins to my date of birth i found out you can click on the year to jump to the year. Hope this helps someone it didnt help me. Developers are you even professionals what the hell type of app did you create. Frustrating as hell, outdated, are you blind to all the negative comments. Owner of bhat bheteni find a new company to work on the app section coz this is embarassing.

1 ★ I wish there was an option to rate with negative stars.. I can't even register.. I typed the same exact code they SMSd and still it says failed.. I did resend code 3-4 time and still it said failed!!!

1 ★ Pathetic app! Registered for the loyalty card as per instruction. Received a pin code too but after inserting the code it says Code confirmation Failed. Hope to be resolved soon. IMS is only good at making softwares not the app.

3 ★ First thing first it is a good initiative but needs a lots of improvement. While signing up , I reached from November 2020 to my birthdate via a calendar. "ANNOYING ". Just add the typing feature. And there is no search button anywhere in the app. And many other things to focus on Needs to be fixed ASAP.

1 ★ Purchased product at Bhatbhateni for 3 times with membership and after registering with mobile number. Didn't show my purchased list, as well as my points earned! Also went to BBSM customer care, they say that it should update after some days! It should be instant! I think there's some technical error with this app. Please put a bug-free app online! or please fix this problem.

1 ★ Cant register. The texts are broken. Bad UI. Too many bugs. Gives a vibe of developers laziness.

4 ★ Earlier I wrote that this app is unusable and most reviews say so. if you have a loyalty card but don't have downloaded the app then still you are an old user. write your card number in the column of customers id. then it will work. if any doubts please meet some supervisors at any store they will be happy to help you as I was helped by ms laxmi gurung at biratnagar branch
