1 ★ My bike was punctured and accelerator wire was broken so i asked them to send the mechanic himself to my home, not the pickup guy. They first agreed to it so I decided to stay home, canceling all my other plans. And whenever I called them, a girl would tell me that she would check with her senior and call me back. But she never did. I called numerous times to check but got the same response every time. They never came and I waited the whole day hoping they would. A day completely wasted!
