1 ★ Set up 1 outdoor camera a few days ago. Everything worked as expected til I tried to sign into my account . I was sent the 2-factor verification, entered the numbers correctly, and am looped right back to the "Welcome to Blink" login. So my account cannot be accessed and the camera is useless. I am waiting to hear back from customer service whom I emailed over a day ago. Very disappointed, since while it worked, it did the job.

2 ★ Been trying this system for 6 months now, very easy to set up, and when it works, it's OK.... but having to force stop and reboot 15 times a day is not good ....it's on par with a toy , and would be OK at £100 for the 5 camera system.... but it's definitely not serious security , and not worth the £400 ... put your money towards something more serious.....and more reliable.... :-(

1 ★ Work after visitor is gone. Miss UPS and Fed-ex with ease. Fantastic if replacing batteries, and small screws on backs of enclosure, are your idea of fun, these are for you. Service is awful, have you jump through hoops, only to tell you they have done all they can do. Out of warranty, out of luck. Isn't it funny. Download this check that. That's real service blink. After a bad review they are so sorry. Contact us, we give you more things to try, So much hassle, wasted money, and to much time.

1 ★ Not sure what happened with your update but the app isn't working properly. When I go into the app to set the arm or disarm I get a blank screen and I'm unable to arm or disarm. I have to click on the screen to get a video feed first then close so that it resets. This is so frustrating!! At times I think the camera is on armed but it's no. Please update an fix issue.

4 ★ Been with Blink for over a year, then a couple of months ago order new camera's to add to existing system and that's where came to into many problems. But it started with a power outage, kept saying module offline, no live views or no quick picture. Called and never got it fixed untill I decided to change to old module that came with the first set of camera's which was over a year old, and installed the new module that came with the new set and Boom! So far so good, I came to change my Review...

4 ★ Works fine, I don't know if it's due to android 10 and/or 11, but the app doesn't have the ability to alert you during calls, it stays silent although the alert is there, this been a problem with most apps on those firmwares, the app bypasses the do not disturb feature, and all settings are on sound and vibrate, but it's not working at the moment. It never happened on Android 9, just switched phones and the problem appeared.

1 ★ Too easy to accidentally DELETE ALL. Brilliant move putting the SELECT ALL and DELETE buttons side by side and not even progamming in an "Are you sure?" before deleting ALL. One accidental finger slip and everything was forever gone. Nice job, guys. By the way, your cameras are unreliable. They are either going off for nothing or they miss obvious movement. The Activity Zones dont work either. Sorry i bought your products.

1 ★ The Blink Team have pushed an update which pretty much abandons their support for customers that rely on local storage. Like all big tech, they try to squeeze consumers for more money by nudging them to cloud storage subscriptions. This one came in the form of an update which makes it impossible to effectively manage local storage remotely. The update, 1) never shows more than 1% of storage being used, 2) removes the ability to bulk delete old video through the app.

1 ★ Bought blink cameras and this app will not allow me to create an account on any of my devices! I have now tried three devices and get the same message " account registration failed, please try later" without the app the cameras are useless. I'm a tech savvy guy, for an app to fail on three devices by trying a combination of settings and many attempts to set this up is not inspiring me with confidence in this allegedly "easy system to set up" you need to develop a pc interface.

1 ★ Was working great when I first installed and was running on the cloud. Switched to local storage and things continued to work fine, but now after a month, the cameras turn on during motion, but don't record to the local storage. System is useless other than live views that don't record to local storage anyway. Tried restarting SYNC and reinserting USB drive-not any better. Contacted blink support two days ago-still waiting for response before I delete system and try re-installing everything.

1 ★ I've had my system since 2019. It's been hit and miss from the beginning, but now it's really horrible. The app loads so slow. Brand new batteries, good signal and it takes forever for my camera to take a picture. They're not reliable for clips either. Really not worth the hassle anymore. Think I'll be looking into Nest.

3 ★ Like many of the other comments here, worked fine until my trial subscription ended and then the problems started. First was constant loss of connection to wifi. Resolved that and now not getting motion detection notices. I see the cameras detecting motion and recording by the indicator LED but no notification on my phone. It just stopped one day and I've done the recommended troubleshooting from the forum. Only after a 4 day response time from Blink support to reset my router was it resolved.

1 ★ One step forward, 5 steps back. Sorry to say I used to have rave reviews for Blink products. The company decides to try to entice you to sign up for a subscription service in order to unlock more features. This is just like microtransactions in video games - argh. They removed the option to mass delete clips from local storage and now even the connection to the device is becoming more unstable in the past months. To paraphrase the Godfather movie, "Look how they massacred my boy"

1 ★ This used to be awesome, now it is the most glitchy thing ever. I'm sure that they are wanting you to pay a subscription, but I had this before they were great. So many steps backwards it is embarrassing. Now it will not work 1/2 the time. I would have given it 5 stars 6mos ago, now I would give it zero but that isn't an option. Do better blink. Stand by your product. And no, I will not wait an hour to talk to customer service. How do you literally screw up everything?

1 ★ Horrid system. I regret buying it. The app doesn't let you log in half the time, makes you verify your account constantly by texting you codes. It crashes for days at a time and then you're bombarded with 800+ videos. This is a terrible system. If someone was at the door, I can't even view the camera because I get an "authentication failed" error. Waste of money. Save yourself some money and anxiety, go get ADT.
