5 ★ Love using the app...much easier than website. Really appreciate the convenience of deposit remotely especially when I can't get to bank in a timely manner.
4 ★ I'd give a 3.5 if I could. It's usually fine, but I've had some weird problems with it in the past. Check deposit is useful and is usually done like 4 hours later, but it's not super consistent. You can check how much money is in your account by swiping down on the login screen, which is nice. Fingerprint compatibility is a neat feature, too. Not a perfect app by any means, but it gets the job done.
4 ★ My experience with online banking is good with great western bank. Their online banking took a couple days to get used to it but it works nice.
3 ★ Display of detailed transactions is not consistent. I am surprised how often the system is unavailable now that I am retired and traveling. Been on app since launch and do note that developers are responsive with enhancements.
1 ★ The app is very slow and it frequently rejected my deposit. I could've driven the hour to the nearest branch and back in the time it took to have the transaction repeatedly rejected.
5 ★ Easy peasy, so much nicer than going to the bank on days off. Clear format, easy to read.

5 ★ I love this App. I can't get to the bank to deposit my checks except on the weekends and I often don't want yo wait that long or have a check just having out in my wallet/purse. This app eliminates my need to get to the bank
4 ★ Check Deposits need work because I took a clear picture as mentioned and didnt work. The one it accepted look the same as the other one. The old app used to work fine. This one seem to have issues on Deposits.

1 ★ Mobile deposit is a big struggle. Spent over an hour to get one check deposited. Even though it was dated well in time frame app kept telling me to check the check date.
3 ★ App is great when it actually works properly. Can't seem to ever get recent transactions to load. App is very slow and buggy.
4 ★ Goes down more often then you would like. But overall great app for what it can do and provide conveniently.
