2 ★ I can not use the same login password on the Mobil app as the web site. I keep correcting my telephone number so I can access the forgot password but the website phone# is Never corrected. when they look it is correct on their end but not on web site. Dont know where the wrong # came from.

4 ★ I had a hard time setting up, but the phone rep, Hector, was awesome. Once signed in, the app was easy to navigate.
4 ★ convenient and easy to use. mobile deposits are not always accepted although all the information on check is legible.
5 ★ It took a few minutes to get it right - but nothing compared to having to drive to the nearest "sister" branch. I've been a member since the early 70s and I appreciate FFCU so much.
