1 ★ Horrible....scans a ticket and just sits there like it's waiting for me to do something. Circle spins and spins and never loads. You should be proud of yourselves with this one!! SMH..

1 ★ App currently is not working. Have had it installed for awhile now and all of a sudden it quit working. Will not allow me to sign in or check my points. Will be uninstalling

1 ★ Worst made app I've ever used. When I try to create an account it says it's already created but when I try and log in, it says no one using that email. My mom even made an account and when we tried inputting second chance codes, it consistently says "Oops something went wrong". Don't waste your time

1 ★ This app sucks badly. It locked me out and event though it said I changed my password successfully it still won't let me in. I think the 2and chance is a big fat lie!!!

1 ★ App use to work great, but since the last update I can no longer get it to load up, & if by chance it does load up, it doesn't have any of my ticket history & it won't let me scan or manually put in my second chance tickets!! Not happy...Idaho Lottery you need to fix this ASAP. I want my chance back again for possibly winning a 2nd chance drawing. PLEASE!! What a way to end 2019...🤨😩😡

1 ★ App stinks. Can not create an account. Tells me invalid email..... which is WRONG!!! I wonder how many 2nd chance winners are missing out because they can't check codes. Pretty Poor Quality of the Lottery Board!

5 ★ Awesome App! With the ever increasing demand and exponential growth of technology, it's must be a struggle for the I.T. guys to keep up! Works 80-90% 9f the time. You can't blame them for poorer and poorer data connections. It seems any time it stops working 98% of the time they have it fixed by morning. Except on weekends! Now if they could only fix the long delay the vending machines have between customers. Scanner depends on your phone, each one takes a different technique.

4 ★ I got to be honest a few months ago when I would log on to this app I would never know if it would work or not it would never scan the ticket I was trying to enter into my account and check to see if it was a winner. However I do got to give the Lottery Commission props because they have made some excellent improvements and this app almost operates flawlessly! Good job Idaho lottery!!! Finally put some of that hard-earned money into your server upgrades I see!?

1 ★ This app sucks. Worked great when I downloaded it month's ago. The last month is barley loads up. Oh and try to scan a ticket anymore is a joke. You would think with all the money they reep from people they could pay to have a functioning app!!

1 ★ everything that these other guys are saying about this app is 100% true i can't even log into my vip account anymore it just tells me whoops we are having difficulty connecting to the server so i can't even enter any of my scratch tickets into the 2nd chance or the holiday bonuses or the 30th anniversary drawings or the wheel of fortune drawings this app is the absolute worst it will only make you want to smash your head into a wall to stop the pain that this app will cause you.fix this soon plz

1 ★ Cannot see your vip points within app and have to go directly to website, cant scan tickets alot of time because their server is unresponsive, cannot update your information on website because they block out the birthday field and it wont allow you to update it without putting in birthday.

2 ★ Wouldn't scan a scratch ticket-it kept saying "An error occurred. Please try again later." Got the standalone ticket scanner app, and it works fine. Plus it's much smaller and less invasive.

2 ★ The mobile games tab is no longer functional. The camera option to scan barcodes has disappeared and if you take a photo of the barcode, the app will not recognize it. This happened right after the lockdown.
