5 ★ Use it when I spend several months in Holland during the spring and summer season. Got a sweet tooth and loves a bargain ( hey,live is expensive enough) when the occasion arrives to by something discounted. Also like the gluten free section and not to forget the gluten free beer! You stock also some excellent wines, where a lower price might just be enough to twist my arm and enjoy a premium wine! Keep up the quality!
5 ★ I find it a very useful app. I use it all the time, to make my list and then going to the supermarket well prepared since I already know what I gonna buy and how much I'm going to spend. Plus the extra discounts for being a client, for me work excellent!
3 ★ If we can change the language it will be more user friendly. for example I want the app in English language
5 ★ Amazing app. Digital receipts, koopzegels, bonus card widget, order for delivery, and more.
1 ★ The app stopped showing the accumulated bonus points for coffee, salad etc.. and it doesn't add 'digital' stickers anymore.. I for sure got more than 5 coffees from AH to Go with scanning my bonus card but didn't get the free coffee as I used to get in the past.
3 ★ Shop search is non-functional, requires location enabled. Overall search of products is sub-par.
1 ★ My Dutch is poor, so I can't use it. Would be nice in English for expats and tourists learning Dutch.
3 ★ Not the best app experience. I like Albert as a service and their product offering, but the app often has technical problems when confirming new orders or attempting to adjust exisiting orders. The issues seem to mainly stem from being unable to connect to their backend, servers or whatever it is the app is trying to connect to. This is particularly frustrating when you attempt to change an existing order and have a short timeframe to confirm. Anyway, food for thought for the devs.
4 ★ Very useful and stable app (almost overloaded with functionality). You can couple with your bonus and airmiles cards and even your debit if you'd like that..
5 ★ the app loads fast, and gives me insight on things I care about. Edit c: de beste app, andere bedrijven kunnen van jullie leren! Reply heeft me geholpen!
4 ★ The app works great in that you can scan as you go in the smaller shops. It's also easy to make a shopping list etc. However, there are two major problems: - Needing to connect to the store WiFi to be able to use the scanning functionality. Why not just use location? Some stores have bad reception. - Not being able to share a shopping list or favourite list with another account. If you try and share it, you get a text list instead. It would be great to allow synchronization.
4 ★ I was baffled. I contacted customer support because the app didn't give me my stamps for one of the savings programs. The system works so well that a bot was able to fix the problem. I just had to insert the number and voila, the bot uploaded the stamps no questions asked. Love the service, liking the program. I do think the premium "bonus box" was a lot worse than I thought it would be. I've shopping at AH for years, but my deals were not even close to what I've ever bought. Still a good app.
2 ★ Sometimes the app keeps loading forever, there are no options for shopping at all, only a loading message. After spending a good time selecting products, there are some times in which when you go to the checkout step there are no delivery dates available. So all that previous work goes to waste. Also the bonus they show is highly dependent on delivery dates. The app should also warn in advance if there isn't a bonus product available, so that we don't have lose bonus and replan our budget.
3 ★ I pay by direct debit and the app suddenly stopped allowing me to check out the delivery orders as it forces to choose a payment method (without giving the option I use). I now have to use ah web page to complete the check out.
2 ★ Logging in this app as a ah.be customer was a horrible experience. Even though my credentials were correct, it kept saying they were incorrect and my account would blocked. That's because it's set to ah.nl by default, which won't work for Belgian customers. To use this app as a Belgian customer you first need go through the intro, click the close button in the top right, go to settings, change the country to Belgium, and then you can finally sign in with your ah.be credentials.
