Download the latest kölbi+ application, version 1.1.1, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 1.1.1, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.

+ You will find out information and flight arrivals at airports. Through a call to the ICE information service.
+ Information events, concerts, national fairs, billboards, theater and cinema in general.

kölbi+ 1.1.1 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
